I had a new steel door with leaded glass surrounds installed today by West Shore Home. Their installation team, led by Fabio and including Tony and Rodolfo, did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was beyond anything I had ever experienced. They went the extra mile without even being asked. When they left everything was immaculate. I would not hesitate to use West Shore Home in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade the front of their home with beautiful new doors and surrounds.

They were respectful of our home and family while they completed their work. Our lead installer, Tim, went through the process of installing the hand rails and shelves to our satisfaction and ensured that we understood how to care for our gorgeous new shower. The installers waterproofed our window in the shower and it looks amazing! I received follow up calls from West Shore Home to ensure that we were satisfied with our experience. What can I say about this Awesome Team... starting with meeting with Nick Small, 2 weeks later 2 my bathrooms done in 1.5 days, yup... thats all it takes.. 1.5 days. Ethan and Kyle did the initial installation on our shower and though they were both courteous and appeared to be professional, the next day we discovered a few issues. One wall panel had been cut inaccurately and the shower doors were loose and shook a lot. We also discovered a leak at the bottom rail track. Credit to West Shore as they sent out a new service guy immediately who identified the issues and notated all of the issues and recommended to the company what repairs were necessary. West Shore did follow up and sent out the appropriate service personnel to make right on the issues. We are now happy with the finished product and with the response from West Shore. Would recommend them. Would ask that either Joe or Josh be requested for your installation as they both were very professional and thorough in the processes!

Very conscientious about protecting the interior of our house and cleanup after the install. They washed all the windows when done! West Shore Home converted my bathroom tub into a walk-in tub on 12/5/24. The two associates, Ethan & Kyle, did an outstanding job! They were professionals who respected the entire aspect of the job: arriving on time as scheduled (even with having to deal with a major truck accident near the tunnel & traffic very jammed up/diverted), they protected my flooring , walls, & home (inside & outside) very well, installation was most efficient & proficient, they worked the entire day (6 1/2 hours) having great work ethics, they updated me on their progress regularly, & cleaned up (inside & outside) everything very well at the end. On the day of the installation, the weather was a wintry mix - very windy, very cold, & a few snow flakes were seen in the am before their arrival. I thought we would need to reschedule, but Ethan & Kyle said they were “use to working” under these weather conditions & that they didn’t mind. They truly had a great attitude all day. I very much appreciated & respect them both! Also, I want to mention, Michael Reed, Design Consultant, for his professionalism, knowledge & understanding.

Josh K., Aaron S. and Vinnie S. came to install the bathtub. They were both were very professional and completed the job diligently. They cleaned up all debris very well and left the area spotless. While bringing the new tub and the parts and removing the old ones, they were very cautious not to scratch the wall. They covered the carpet portions of the floor with large canvas dropcloth to protect it from getting dirty. They came early in the morning and completed the job by the end of the day. The work was completed with perfection.Because of their professionalism and perfection, I have requested West Shore to send them to complete my second bathtub.Both bathtubs are just perfect!!

We recently had a bathtub/shower combo and an old walk-in shower replaced in our home. Went with two walk-in showers. Our job required a lot of extra work since one shower needed a wall built to accommodate a larger shower. The work by the contractors was excellent! Would like to recognize Fabio, Joe, Aaron and Josh for their outstanding workmanship and patience with us during this process. We are very pleased with the outcome. Must say that we had some difficulty working with the office staff but everything worked out in the end. I’ve added some before and after photos to show the big changes completed by West Shore Home. We decided to add new flooring, vanity and countertop after the pictures were taken to upgrade our entire bathrooms….had to keep up with the sparky new showers!

Fantastic service from Tim and Jeff! Update. The service was fantastic, although I was told I would receive a six foot shower head. That was not installed. The salesmen said he would take care of it. It has not happened, and there has been no communication since that phone call.

Very important to us and to them was protecting my floors and any thing that might of been in the way. After doing that, Fabio and Joe got down to business and was done by 5.30pm. Fabio and Joe were professional at all times, cleaned up after the job was done and did an awesome job on our new shower. Two thumbs up for Fabio and Joe from West Shore Home.

My installers were Fabio and Marvin. They were here on time. They covered from the front door to the bathroom. They were so mannerly and polite. They would confirm everything they were doing with me before they did things. They worked hard and did not stop. They cleaned everything and vacuumed as well. I got a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately I had a stroke in March of 2024. After coming out of Rehad I have been unable to get into the shower because the tub was too tall for me to step over, so I saw a commercial for West Shore Homes and decided to give them a call. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Kevin and Vinny was at my house by 9am and started removing the tub. They had everything completed by 5pm. They did a beautiful job. They ran into a small problem with where my vents were. They worked it out and got it all straightened out. I got a stand up shower. It is beautiful and it matches my bathroom floor tile perfectly. Thank you West Shore Homes for the beautiful and Safe Bathroom. I am now able to enjoy a nice hot shower without the fear of getting hurt trying to get into a tub

Excellent experience. We had 2 Bathrooms remodeled. It took them only 2 days to demo old and install new. We had 2 crews, Randy (Lead) and Charles for one bathroom and Marvin Ladipoh (Lead), Sam & Antonio on the other. These men know their trade and know customer service as well. No question was too small and they encouraged questions throughout the process. Every concern I had was addressed and resolved immediately. Highly professional and courteous and absolutely all about the quality of work. Even though they had a 4 hour commute (2 each way) each day, I never did I get the impression they were hurrying just to get it done and go. Ive dealt with many contractors my sixty plus years and I have never had such a positive experience with any contractor or company in all of my life. I don’t say that lightly.

We had West Shore Home upgrade our shower/tub unit from a fiberglass tub with white tile to the smooth and easy-to-maintain acrylic.Aaron (Maryland) was our design consultant and did a great job working with us to plan out the project. We went with the Horizon Beige (more grey than beige) wall, white tub and standard satin nickel Moen hardware/finish.On installation day, we had a couple guys (Jeremy and Sterling) from Richmond and a couple guys (Josh and Kevin) from Baltimore area of Maryland. The combined team did a great job and worked very well together! At the end of the install, there were a couple small things (mainly finishing touches for metal-related parts that they couldnt do that day) that the guys proactively noticed and planned for a future visit. The shower was usable though. There was a minor issue with the one wall that we discussed later with West Shore and they planned a repair. On that visit, Kevin and Fabio came out and took care of all of those items. Were excited to have this upgrade project done and to move into using our much nicer and very low maintenance shower! Ive attached a pic of our finished shower unit.A few years ago, my parents had West Shore do their shower/tub (in another part of the country) and have been very happy with it as well, which is also what made the decision to do this upgrade much easier.

I was quite impressed with their attention to detail in keeping the surrounding spaces clean, covered, and ventilated. Team lead Jordan was knowledgeable and professional and took care in moving drain and water lines to more sensible and safe, and accessible locations (for water shut off valves). Tim was wonderfully personable and made great recommendations for decid8ng the locations of the accessory attachments. Wonderful experience with West Shore Home installing two new showers for us in one day. The installation team arrived a few minutes early (which is a plus) and began promptly at 8am and completed both showers by 4:30pm on 7/13/2023. Shoutout to Anna for a smooth and thorough pre-install process. The installation team consisted of Josh, Kevin, Andrew, Jake, and Vinny who were all very professional and personable throughout the entire install. We were very impressed by the measures they put in place such as the ample drop cloths to keep our floors and carpet clean during install. It was also amazing to see how efficiently they worked as a team throughout the entire install. They kept us updated as they progressed and allowed us to see the progress as much as we wanted to. We thank the installation team very much for an extremely well done job. The end results were two new beautiful showers which we greatly appreciate. Corey , the sales person, was very easy to deal with...not pushy and super responsive. We had 2 sets of installers for 2 different bathrooms. Tim and Vinny were absolutely amazing. Let me know what was going on every step of the way and wow....they left everything cleaner than I could have expected.Installers on the second day, Marvin L. and Aaron S. , were good, but they never told me when they were turning the water of or back on and they didnt reinstall the water shut off panel properly and that resulted in 2 more visits to get the problem resolved. Westshore took my concerns seriously and did fix the issue.I would have given a 5 star review had we not had the issues with the second set of installers.

Sometimes when you get what you pay for, that’s a good thing. The bathtub replacement wasn’t cheap, but the quality of the job and the fact they competed the whole job in 5 hours is amazing. It came out better than I imagined and have no buyers remorse. The crew, Ryan & Aaron, were fast, clean, detail-oriented and efficient. Would definitely recommend, and would go with them again.

The customer service is fantastic! I had both of my bathrooms done by Westshore and was told that the type of material that they use would eliminate the mold that comes around the bottom of your shower & tub. I noticed that mold was forming andcalled them and they immediately scheduled a time for a tech to come out. I had a surround tub and shower removed and replaced with a full shower and sliding glass doors. The installers, Edward S and Tyrik L, were very professional, friendly, knowledgable and displayed excellent craftsmanship. Needless to say that I am very pleased with the final product and I thoroughly enjoy my new shower because I have more space now.

The pricing was competitive and the installation was outstanding! The installation team of Sean and a co-worker (dont recall her name) did an outstanding job! The new slider works perfectly and looks terrific. They took their time with the installation and paid attention to all details. Following the installation they went over the door operation and did a detailed inspection with us. They were not about to leave until we were 100 percent satisfied. We are very happy with the door and installation and would highly recommend WSH! They went to great length to minimize dust coming into the house with a total floor to ceiling coverage as well as total floor covering with drop cloths. Their after installation clean-up was outstanding as well.

I contracted West Shore Home for a 1-day shower remodel and in the end I am very impressed with the results! Mike C. and Brad A. were my installers and they respected my house and executed their work professionally. They were communicative with me through each phase of the process so there werent any surprises and everything was cleaned up inside the house and in the parking space. If it wasnt for the great new shower, you would have never known they were there!1yr+ update: I have mixed opinions on this product after extensive use. In summary, West Shore maintains great customer service when problems arise, but the long term quality of the product (particularly the wall panels) makes me question if this is the right product for long term use. In my opinion, if you can spare the time get a real tile shower. These 1pc panels are maybe only worth it if youre in a time crunch or planning to sell or flip your home.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installer, Dan Graham, and his helper, Justin, provided an overview of how long the job would take and respected my home by laying tarps over the stairs and work area. I feel as though the install was by the book with no surprises. I do believe the Herls product is superior to Bath Fitters and similar tub over tub products.Having been an Operations Manager for The Home Depot, and being very aware of the consumer mindset & the need to set clear expectations, Id suggest you allow the technician to complete the job in one day, if theyre willing and able. The reason is they ask that you not use the shower for 24 hours after installation to allow the caulk and adhesives to set-up properly. If you only have a single bath option you would need to wait almost three days to take a shower. Some folks may be O.K. with that, but Im someone that bathes daily. If youre going to spend the money on a bathroom upgrade, youd be foolish not to wait the 24 hours they suggest.

We had ProVias best patio sliding patio door installed at our basement walkout and a ProVia steel entry door installed in our garage. Patio door installation required fabrication of unique flashing sections and tie in with ongoing foundation wall finishing work by others. Billy and Fabio did an outstanding job for us and put in the extra effort to make sure both doors were installed to our complete satisfaction the same day. When they finish they cleaned up.The only thing they did not do was use a drop cloth from the door to patio. They end up using their own around the patio door area once I offered to them a plastic one. So, I will suggest that in the future when working in homes before an install is that they use drop a cloth for protection of customers flooring. We were able to pick from a number of options (they use quality built Moen products for the hardware) and there were numerous color choices. The crew came within the arrival window they promised and were knowledgeable and courteous. They laid cloths on our floor so as not to leave any marks. The work went well until they encountered a problem. They contacted a supervisor who personally came to assist them and before the base was mounted solved the issue in a manner that gave us the best possible solution for our situation. They had to stay longer to complete this job because of that, but we have nothing but positive things to say about this crew and the supervisor. We highly recommend this team!

Over the past two days I had two bathroom renovated one was tub/shower combo the other was a walk in shower. This project had me beyond stressed and anxious. I have an older home and have done multiple projects but none to this magnitude. I needed this to be a smooth process and was sure the demo of both was going to be a challenge. Fabio and Marvin were the installers for both my projects. The showers are beautiful. They showed up on time. Worked diligently through the day and tried hard to keep the mess to a minimum. Even my brothers one who’s a structural engineer and the other who’s a contractor out of state were impressed. Thank you so much!!

Ryan and Dekarr came to our home to replace the existing guest shower stall. They did a fabulous job! They were courteous, polite, cleaned up everything and worked so hard. We were amazed how they did the work in only one day! Awesome job!The next day, we had Josh and Jed do an awesome job too. They went above and beyond. This company is the best! Jordan and Fabio (later joined by Will) showed up at 8:30 am and commenced removing my old dilapidated bath tub, shower and tiles and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower with a fold out chair, chrome fixtures, including grab bars and built in shelving which adorned a gorgeous marble textured acrylic which went from floor to ceiling-all in 7 hours! The guys were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after the install was finished. An absolutely beautiful job. I could not be happier! I would strongly recommend West Shore Home to anyone who is considering renovating their bath or shower. An unbelievable transformation!

Had TWO complete shower installation done. So many things to love about this. Lets start with the look it went great with the tile that was in the bathrooms already as they offer so many color choices, the seat in the shower made shaving so much more easier, the grip bars are a plus for holding on to as needed and the shower nozzle is wonderful! Thank you to the professional installers Jed and Martin you did an awesome job and cleaned everything up before you left. You are both an asset to WestShore!

Dave did a fantastic job installing 2 showers and a bathroom floor. He worked very hard and had it completed in a week. We were very pleased.The glass doors had to be custom ordered for one of our showers.The company is very good about communicating to their customers. Another young men, by the name of James, returned to install those doors this week. He did a great job. Both young men were very hard workers, not to mention professional and respectful.

The crew showed up on time and the first thing they did after introducing themselves was they placed tarps on the floor, sink, and toilet. They went straight to work removing the old tub and showed me there was no mold, or water damage. They kept me in the loop in every step of the process. My new walk-in shower was done in one day and now my wife who is handicapped, can get in / out of the shower with ease. Our installer, Brian Pittman, did an amazing job demoing our old fiberglass tub and transforming it into a lovely walk in shower! Brian arrived around 8am and left the house cleaner than he found it around 6pm. I am just amazed at what he was able to accomplish in that time! He consulted me a few times for design decisions as he went and was very friendly and professional. We havent been able to use the shower yet--its still curing-- but we are absolutely delighted at the look and quality. We dont have any upcoming needs, but I would use Herls again in a heartbeat!

I just want to say this was the best experience of my life. I had my bathtub changed into a shower. First let me say that the guys that installed the shower were the best. Ryan, Rob, and DeKarr were some of the nicest guys I have ever met. Yes I am shouting you out. That meant more to me than the instillation of the shower. They were kind and compassionate. They kept saying they just wanted me to be happy with the entire process. The shower itself is beautiful. I had my doubts at first because I asked for a plain white shower but when it was completed I almost cried. It changed the whole look of my bathroom. Our installers, Marvin and Tony, were the consummate professionals: they arrived on time, intoduced themselves, and Marvin said their goal was to deliver 5-star service. After setting up their work area outside and laying tarps on our flooring, they got right to work. Marvin communicated with us throughout the process. Both were kind, courteous, focused and on-task until the job was done. They cleaned up the work areas, and Marvin did a great job explaining how to properly maintain the new installation. I contracted West Shore Home to do a tub and shower replacement 2 years ago when they had just taken over Herls Bath & Home, and I was immediately happy with their installation services. Recently I noticed some of the caulking at the seams looking a little thin and the tub overflow trim was a little loose so I contacted Kelli in Customer Service and scheduled a service call on 2/16/23 to address the items. Yesterday service tech John from the Baltimore Hanover branch location arrived and corrected everything in very professional and timely manner, he was also very polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and today 2/17/23 Kelli contacted me to follow up on how my service call experience was.
