    Jeremy arrived on time. Proceeded to make sure where the problem areas were. Drained the system, fixed our problems and proceeded to fill and purge the system.Our home had multiple upgraded with added zones. Purging the system took time as Jeremy had to remove air pockets in multiple zones.He solved the problem and our system is working fine.Great, clean work.Went above board answering my questions.

    I very much appreciated my meeting with Joe. He was very knowledgeable about furnace and AC. I had a few questions that I relayed to the person that made the appointment for me and he began the process of resolving those even prior to my meeting. He explained things well and got me pointed in the right direction on things I had not been aware of before. He quickly provided me some quotes and explained them. He was a pleasant man to have a conversation with.

    We had our annual fall service on the Carrier Heat Pump that was installed by Carney All Seasons. Our HVAC technician Luke was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Luke found an unexpected problem with our UV air purifier. He consulted with an expert in the office, performed tests on the air purifier circuit board, and determined that the board was powered but not sending current to the UV bulb. As a result, I will be returning the bulb to the supplier for a $200 refund. Luke also checked the temperatures in the air handler and confirmed that the rest of the system was working properly.Earlier this year Carney All Seasons recommended that we install surge protection and circuit breakers on our heat pump. Several weeks ago we had a power surge that caused significant damage in our neighborhood. One of my neighbors had TWO heat pumps damaged! Luke showed me that the surge protector on our compressor functioned properly. As a result we likely avoided significant damage to our system. Luke replaced the damaged surge protector so we should be ready if there is another surge.In summary, I have been very pleased with the system and the maintenance provided. I highly recommend Carney All Seasons for your heat pump needs.

    Robert was right on time as his text stated. Even after his long, completely booked day, he was very pleasant and so very willing to help. He was patient, took his time, and explained everything. He diagnosed a problem, followed it through, and realized there was possibly another problem. He conferred with his manager and gave us a couple of options. We elected to have him clean the burners. Afterwards, he gave us the option to have him order new burners and provided us with a quote.He answered all of our questions and we (my husband, son, and myself) would definitely request to have him service our HVAC unit again! His service was excellent!

Everyone through the entire process was competent and provided exceptional customer service! Shout-outs to Lisa Matz and Shelby, her assistant in the office -- to Tim Hoffman, technical sales -- to John Kilby, Jr., our installer and his crew!Tim provided detailed information to compare Carrier and Trane systems and various heat pumps (e.g., single and 2-stage heat pumps). He provided detailed pricing information and info. about current systems with product specifications, various rebates being offered from manufacturers, our electric provider, and federal government income tax credit) to help us calculate the best ROI to help choose the best purchase for our home. Their online ordering process was simple and automatically generated an invoice.Lisa and Shelby promptly set up our appointments with sales and installation and responded to all our phone and text messages in less than an hour. They completed our product registration and provided all the necessary paperwork with our invoice that enabled us to apply for a $200 rebate from our electric provider and provided us with the link allowing us to submit our online application within 15 minutes.John Kilby, Jr. and his crew were friendly and respectful of us and our home. They arrived both days as scheduled and were meticulous with the installation and clean up of our home and property!

    We noticed that our air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly and called Carney All Seasons who dispatched technician Robert Laing. He arrived within an hour. He throughly examined the outside condenser and the attic handler and determined the problem. He explained in detail what our remedies could be with no pressure to make an immediate decision.     Luke and his coworkers, David & Dan arrived promptly at 7:30 to install our Carrier replacement gas furnace and air conditioner. They worked for a solid ten hours without a break. They removed our old system, reconfigured some of our previous lines and installed the new pieces. After the installation was complete, Luke spent a good half hour explaining features of the new system and answering all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Carney to family and friends.

    Update from 2024: we moved a few months ago and need a new heater. Ugh. When I called Carney yesterday to get a salesperson out, I made sure to ask for Tim again. Hes fantastic and offers so many tips. We might be switching from oil to propane, so hes going to give us a few estimates for our various options. I continue to be impressed by Carney and Tim.2023: From start to finish, Carney All Seasons was a great company to work with. Tim, the salesman, was here for 2 hours, provided a ton of great insight, gave us a brochure with several products, and an interactive proposal with 3 options that were good for our situation. Prior to calling Carney, we had another come out and they were here for 20 minutes and left without providing anything in writing. Needless to say, we were not impressed with that company and very much more impressed with Tim from Carney All Seasons. Zakarie and Sean performed the install and were quick, clean and friendly. We are very satisfied with our experience with Carney All Seasons. We had an all new heating and air conditioning system installed since our AC couldnt be repaired and our heater was also 16 years old and damaged by the leaking AC.

    Robert Laing arrived around 4 oclock on 5/5/24. He went promptly to work and was careful to wear foot protective wear. He was thorough in checking all components of our A/C system including hosing down the external unit. My wife and I were happy with his work and are enjoying a cool summer.

    Josh arrived at the time I was told. He had the part and tools with him, pit his boot covers on and turned the AC system off. Removed the air scrubber and bulb. Showed me the new bulb with a no ozone sticker and the older bulb with ozone sticker. Replaced the bulb with no ozone emitting, installed the scrubber and checked everything out.     We were told by a couple of different HVAC techs that our heater was on its last legs (system is from 1998). We had Joe Hill come out and give us an estimate on a new system. He came in WAY lower than what we were quoted from another company that I’ve been using to service my system for years. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and basically told us that the system we are getting is optioned to be upgraded if we want to add an additional zone in the future.Luke Mathis and his team came out and completed the install. They did an amazing job and went over great detail on the system and the instillation. They were very clean when inside the home, throwing down tarps and wearing covers on their boots. They were very friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Carney All Seasons for all of your HVAC needs.

    I am writing this review of Carney All Seasons because I continue to highly recommend the company and all their employees. Since the last time I wrote a review in May2023, Carney All Seasons has completed an additional four major plumbing jobs throughout 2023 and into 2024 at my 1876 School House, and each job was completed with excellent service (office staff and plumbers) and outstanding results.In August 2023, Carmen Moschitti, Dan Barker, Kevin Scanlon, and Will McMonagle replaced the cast iron main house drain that developed a major crack – this included drilling a hole through the two foot stone foundation of my 1876 School House to connect to the sewer drain in the garden – which they did perfectly!!! They also replaced the cast iron kitchen sink drain and corrected the plumbing connections to my washing machine. The job was particularly complex as putting in the new plumbing in my basement required working in very tight spaces and around many existing pipes to complete the job.In November 2023, Bob Obermeier, Jason Oskiera, and Robert Blessing replaced a malfunctioning fill valve for my oil heater that was not maintaining proper boiler pressure. In addition, they brought the plumbing up to code so backflow would not contaminate my well drinking water. They also noticed that one of my copper pipe connections had a slow leak that would need attention in the near future, and that the original connection of my expansion tank was improperly installed and should connect directly to my boiler in order to maintain proper system pressure. I got a quote for the additional work the same day and planned to get the work done in January 2024.In December 2023, the day before I was to fly out on a 5 day trip, I made an emergency call to Carney when I noticed that a bleeder valve on my hot water baseboard pipe had a slow leak. If this went unfixed during my trip, it would ruin my hardwood floor. Jason Fisher arrived at around 6:30 pm, after having already worked a 10 hour day followed by a 1 hour drive to my house. I was so thankful for his dedication and plumbing expertise that fixed the leak and put me at ease during my trip.In January 2024, John Kilby, Dave Nester, and Nick North repaired a slow leak in the main copper pipe that feeds all the hot water baseboard pipes, and corrected the connection from the expansion tank to the boiler (as mentioned above). They also replaced a pressure relief valve on the oil boiler that was occasionally leaking, and replaced 8 bleeder valves on the hot water baseboard pipes that went throughout the house since I had an issue with one of them leaking in December (mentioned above). After about an hour, I noticed everyone was upstairs looking around, so I went up to find out why. I was told that there must be one additional bleeder valve somewhere in the house as the system was not coming up to pressure as it should. Remember, this is an old School House from 1876. After they moved many boxes out of a backroom closet and looked behind a dresser that was against the wall, there it was….the missing bleeder valve!!! The obvious dedication to their job and use of their expertise to track down the issue and fix it was an amazing sight to behold and greatly appreciated. Since the work was done, my heating system has worked perfectly!!!In addition to all the plumbers mentioned above, I would like to highlight the excellent office staff at Carney All Seasons, including Nicole Capriotti, Mary Rogers, Amber Rodriguez, Jessica VanArtsdalen, and Jennifer Hale. They have all been wonderful to work with, and very responsive to all my phone calls and information requests, including immediate follow-up on photos I sent of leaking pipes and valves. Without their dedication and expertise, the plumbers would never arrive at my house 😊My experience with Carney All Seasons over the last 2 years has been exceptional. They are a great company and have an amazing staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He explained to me that the garbage disposal wasn’t the problem, it was the drain. He the passage line in the basement. There he saw that it wasn’t a long passage to run (I think it was called a snake) down the drain to see how far the clog was. Carmen was very knowledgeable about what had to be done. He explained what he was going to do and the cost of what the job would be. He also offered me the opportunity to get the line replaced with PVC in which I did. It was a pleasure having Carmen do the work in my home.

He did a great job putting my uncle at ease. They did a great job from evaluating our existing system, determining our needs for a new system and setting our expectations for the install. They provided options for financing and helped us understand the differences between the systems they presented to us.     I had my water softener replaced last week and could not be happier with the service. Initially we had problems with our well pump but seeing how much I liked their professionalism and service for that I decided to also use this company to change our softener tank.     Carmen came out today to address a leaking handheld in the shower. It’s an unusual set of hardware made in France. He had it apart in no time and got the parts team on the line right away. They located the part and although it had to be ordered I was impressed with the level of service and know how. Carmen explained everything and even made sure that when the water was turned back on he checked the other bathrooms to make sure everything was working.     Doing business with Carney is great and I received a call in advance of the service rep arriving and the rep arrived shortly thereafter at the scheduled appointment time. The maintenance work was performed professionally, where my entire system was checked both inside and out. The rep kept the work area clean and provided me with a summary of his findings and documentation of the work performed. I have recommended Carney to several neighbors who also use Carney for their heating and AC needs and we all highly recommend them.

    We had a wonderful experience with our install and purchase of heater and air conditioning. As promised we received notification, that our free maintenance appointment was due. We were quite busy at the time but Carney did persist and continue to contact us to ensure that we scheduled the appointment, thankfully because we would have forgotten.The service person showed up, on time, was professional made sure to check everything very thoroughly. There was even a tracker when he was on his way. We felt like we received quality service and products for the cost. Would definitely recommend!!
