    Professional, went above and beyond for my family after another company that we had a service contract with just left us with no heat & hot water. Tina in the office is an asset to the company! They installed a new heating system. Guys showed up on time, worked professional. Cleaned up after them selves. Dan the owner was in and out all day. After job was done Dan took the time to come back go over everything about the system with me. Made sure I new what to expect from the system answered every question I had in detail.     I had a leak where pex met baseboard heating. Called Dowling after finding in Lindenhurst chamber of commerce at 10 am. Spoke with Tina who made me feel immediately like my problem would be solved. Tina had me set with an appt window 1 to 3. Dan came by near 1 with a text first. Showed the problem they gave me a price and did the job Gone by 230 and I couldn’t be happier. Dan the plumber took care of a few thing and the problem along the way and I’ll never be with out a plumber again as long as Dowling is in business. I am big fan

    Thank you Dan! Great service. I woke up to a leak in the boiler room called Dowling, and they were here within the hour. Dan found the leak and repaired it. I googled how much a repair like that should cost and the price I was charged was at the lower range. I appreciate the great service and great prices.     The customer service was great , Tina was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I had a few leaks repaired and a small issue with one of them in my basement. The owner Dan came to take care of the issue and did a very clean and professional job. It went a long way and I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

    Dowling was exceptional.     Dowling Plumbing&Heating came to my home immediately after I called with an issue in my home. After diagnosing the problem the owner Dan got in touch with Navien and handled everything. The next day Dowling Plumbing & Heating had a crew at my home to install a new combination unit for my heat and hot water. Dan was the definition of a professional and handled everything from beginning to end perfectly. After this experience I will be using only Dowling Plumbing&Heating and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

    From the phone call to the office to the callback from Teri, and to the technician Dan the customer service was exemplary! A pipe froze in that bitter cold last night 2/3/23, but luckily didnt burst. They gave me a time window and they were here with in that window.     Get ready for an essay here...I rarely leave reviews, but this companys dedication, passion and customer service went above and beyond what I had ever expected.For context, I live in the city and my parents live in LI. They had previously hired another vendor to fix a boiler problem that had left them with no heat. He temporarily fixed the issue but the heat was gone within another day. He refused to come back - my mother had left for India at that time and my 65-year old father was alone at home in the winter.I called Dowling (Tina) at 8PM on a Friday night and they were SO sympathetic. They found a way to get a person (Dan) over to check the issue, and when the part needed wasnt on hand, they worked to make sure they had it the very next day.My dad had gone a full WEEK without heat before that due to the previous plumber.These people care. They worked with me to figure out the cost, and even helped offset some of it because of the situation and because they were genuinely upset that the previous vendor would ever leave without fixing the problem.They consistently kept in touch because they knew I was worried about my father. They called me to give me updates throughout the day and weekend, and even after the fact.This is genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received from ANY company, and I FULLY recommend them. Shout out specifically to Tina (rep on the phone) and Dan (the mechanic who came over) for being so personable, sympathetic, and simply human. You make me want to cry tears of happiness knowing there are awesome people like you in the world :)

    Replaced the water heater with new and all necessary components. Excellent service! Returns calls promptly, scheduled conveniently, shows up on time, very clean work minimal mess, does exactly what he says hell do, no need to watch over them, real nice guys with a No problem attitude. System is working great now. Most important... very fair price. If other work is needed in the future I will call them again and I would also highly recommend them to everyone.

    I highly recommend using Dowling Plumbing. After numerous attempts to get a plumber, I called Dowling and Tina was amazing. Dan came over, gave us an estimate, by the following week he came in and fixed all my issues and under budget! Clean honest and responsible. If I can give them 6 stars I would.     Dan Dowling and his team are great! They Had a quick response and we’re professional throughout this whole process. My family woke up to no hot water. Anyone who has ever woken up to a cold shower knows the frustration especially when you have little ones trying to get ready for school in the morning, total nightmare.     Dan from Dowling Plumbing quickly diagnosed the problem with my Navien Combi Boiler. He had the parts on hand to do the repair and, in less than an hour, our house had heat again. I liked that he took the time to explain the problem to me and suggested some improvements to keep the problem from occurring again. The price was fair and reasonable, Dan was a total pro and Dowling will be my go-to source for help with our Navien system going forward.

    Dan is the best! He’s done more than one job in my house and he’s always responsive. He shows up right on time, he works quick and is neat. His prices are fair and reasonable and I’d pay him whatever he asked anyway because it’s so hard to find someone who is honest and not trying to rip you off. Now if I can train my husband that just because it says “flushable wipes” doesn’t mean they are flushable, we wouldn’t have to have Dan over so much.

    I woke up today to a horror,, water flooding onto my bed from the ceiling,, I went to my second floor and water was gushing from my baseboard pipe,, I didnt know what to do. I called Dowling plumbing , Tina answered and was amazing, she calmed me down and was genuinely concerned me and my situation. Three guys came here within the hour and fixed my baseboard heating pipe that burst in three different places. The guys were all competent, Dan showed me step by step what happened and what had to be done to rectify the situation. They did such a great neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Just a wonderful experience under such a stressful time. I will never use anyone else. Great company!

    I had dowling plumbing remove my old water tank and boiler. It was a very poor setup where I had a gas conversion gun going into an oil burner with a storage tank in another room (I purchased the house like that).
