Jesus and Brad got 2 wells dug on our 30 acre property in short time. We contacted others in the area, but never had much response. Ridge 809 got back quickly and added us to their already busy schedule. Even with a few weather delays and equipment downtime, they knocked it all out within a week. Very impressed with the team of workers, and would recommend to anybody in West Central TN area.

Ridge 809 has been a great partner on my project! Jesus and his team are experts in land development, utility installation, tree clearing, mulching, earth work, and site preparation. They have the equipment to get the job done and have access to specialized equipment when necessary. Kaden, Blane, and Ty are from Perry County so they know the area and the people well. Ridge 809 charges fair prices for their work. They also stay on budget. Jesus treats every project as if he is spending his own money and helps owners make the most cost effective decisions. The people on the Ridge 809 team are experts in land development and they are great to work with.

After contacting several well drilling companies in the area Ridge 809 was the only company willing to drill us a well. The work was done in a professional manner and we had Ridge 809 install the pump as well. Thank you guys for the great job. We have clean water!!

I called looking to get a well dug. Jesus did a check of wells in my area and unfortunately several wells had not found water. Others had found water very deep, but only one to 2 gallons per minute. Jesus explained the risks and the potential costs I could be facing in this scenario. It’s a breath of fresh air having a business shoot you straight and put your well-being above their financial gain.

I had a great experience with Ridge 809. They dug a new well for me last week. I highly recommend this company. During my initial scheduling, the office staff were great to deal with concerning providing me with all the information I needed to estimate the costs. I also spoke with the owner, Jesus, and he could have not been nicer. And then, when they came to drilling the well, their drilling crew could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. They did a great job, didnt make a big mess, and answered every question I had.... one of the best experiences Ive had with a contractor in years.

Jesus and team are amazing to work with! It can be extremely intimidating when youre hiring a company especially as a female to complete such an extensive land project for my elderly parents. We were looking to clear out some land we have in Monterey and install a septic system.Ridge 809 Land Solutions came highly recommended by friends and I am so grateful we chose them. They treated us as if we were family and took the time to explain at great length what we can expect from their team as far as from day one to completion. I never had an issue getting in touch with their office and I was treated with respect at all times. They did a fantastic job! Working with the Ridge 809 team has been an awesome experience. They carefully listened to our project plans and offered expert advice on how to manage cost control while creating an environmental friendly and enjoyable camp location for 3 Class A motorhomes. They project managed everything for the site prep, electrical, water (well) and septic system for 3x full hookup sites. As I started the process for home building, I reached out to Ridge 809 for their project management, well drilling, and septic installation. They inspected the land the day after I sent my request. They gave me their expert advice on how to best layout my land as far as where to place my septic and well and where building would make the most sense. I am extremely pleased with how dedicated they were to make this my dream piece of property. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with.

Ridge 809 has been a great partner in developing our 11 acres. Once contacted, work began within two days. Excavation and clearing was quickly completed. The company went over and beyond by mulching what needed to be done and did not simply bury the wood stumps and trees. Mr. Mora represented us in negotiations with the electrical, water, and septic contractors. Everything was professionally completed within our timelines. We would definitely recommend Ridge 809 for their professionalism and trustworthiness of a company.
