    Mike’s done a fair amount of work for us now, and he comes out as soon as he can when we have a problem. He proposes work conservatively and offers options to go further but doesn’t push them.Among what he’s done for us- he spent an Easter weekend excavating our front lawn for an emergency service line replacement, setup a new forced-exhaust water heater for us, and replaced an old drum trap with a P-trap along with a rusting-out drainpipe. We’re happy with all the work he’s done.

    Mike is awesome. My kitchen drain failed and within 40 min of calling him he came out to my house to see the issue. This was at like 7pm at night as well. The whole drain pipe needed to be replaced all the way down to my basement. Mike came out at 8am the next morning with another guy and both of them worked hard for a good 4-5 hours and installed a brand new drain. It was a big job. Mike is priced very fair in my opinion as well. The quality of the work is top notch. I highly recommend Mikes Plumbing.

    We needed an emergency visit—noticed sewer water backing up into the basement today. I tried a few other companies—including both my usual plumber and our flood control system company—but no one else was available immediately.I called Mike after seeing the other positive online reviews and I’m so glad I did!     I had an emergency water backup in kitchen sink. I was put in touch with Mike. He was extremely responsive and arrived the next morning. While discussing the problem, the water started to overflow into floor, which he heard was happening before we even saw it.He acted so quickly to avoid a catastrophe!He thoroughly assessed the problem in the building and effectively drained and cleaned out the system .Not only would I use him again but Id recommend him to my friends and family!

    Weve used Mike for several different issues, both for our unit and for our condo building, and Mike has always been quick, professional, and reasonable priced. Most recently, we had a gas leak in our unit so we had to have all of our lines repaired. We got three quotes from plumbers: Mikes quote was the cheapest and he was the only who could fix the problem right away, which he did. Win-win-win.

    I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike or call him for another issue. I called Mike about our bathtub (we live in an older condo building), which suddenly wouldn’t drain and had standing water. I couldn’t find another plumber to come out within the day, but Mike didn’t hesitate - he actually got to us within an hour or two. He fixed a tough clog, and talked me through why it happened and what we could expect in the future. A month later, the tub is still draining perfectly.

    Mikes Plumbing Company is wonderful! Professional, honest , prompt, reliable, with great prices. Woke up last Saturday morning to find water all over the hard wood floor of my condo. It was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. Called the condo management and asked if they could give me a plumber they used. Called the plumbing company telling them it was an emergency, and they never even called me back. I then got Mikes Plumbing Company from someone else. When I called, Mike personally answered the phone and when I told him it was an emergency he came over immediately. I was amazed by how fast he got there! He assessed the situation and completely turned the water off. He then went out and bought a new faucet so he could fix the leak. I was so impressed by how kind he was. I was a basket case and he reassured me that everything would be fine. His kindness, caring and professionalism were outstanding! He did a great job and even cleaned everything up! Mikess Plumbing company is amazing! I cant say enough good things about this company. I will always use them in the future.

    While fixing a sink ourselves, our main water valve got stuck in the off position on a Saturday. (The knob would turn but it wouldnt open the valve and release water into our house.) Mike first tried to troubleshoot for us over the phone for free, and even offered to video chat to walk us through the fix ourselves. We were nervous wed break the valve ourselves and end up with a mess, so we braced ourselves to wait until Monday (with no water) for his team to come out. A couple hours later he called me back and said he could fix it for me today, on a Saturday evening. He came in, found that the repair was even easier than he anticipated, and only asked for a fraction of what he quoted us. He came through for us in an emergency on a Saturday, did honest work, and requested an honest price. Were so lucky we found him and are saving his number for future needs. Thank you, Mike!!!

    Great ServiceI called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.

    I called Mike for a bathroom emergency. He stopped by as soon as he had time and fixed my problem.     Hire Mike when you need a plumber. Great trades people are often hard to find and Mike is great. While I am not a plumber, I know enough about the trades to know quality work. I first used his service when I needed to add a sewer line. I got 3 bids and his was the lowest, and his work was excellent. I live in an 80 year old house in a wooded area. So occasionally the sewers back up and Mike always gets the repair done quickly and at a very fair price (which just happened).

    I had a simple need (replace a shower faucet cartridge that was ancient , stuck really tight, and now stripped) but needed assistance pretty quickly.     Relatively new home owner here (we moved in August last year). Hadnt had any real plumbing issues yet in the house until about a week or 2 ago. Suddenly when we washed laundry the basement slop sink would back up a little and super slowly go down. Tried to plunge and rod it but didnt work permanently. Later, the dishwasher started causing the backup as well. Then, the shower, then, even flushing the toilet backed it up. Now the water was actually s*!t water brown at this point even saw toilet paper floating in it. Figured it it must for sure be the main line needed rodding after chatting with some folks and googling. So earlier today we call Roto-Rooter, about 4 hours later guy comes out, takes a look at the access we have outside to the main, then says he cant rod it, gotta wait until tomorrow. Now its way later and we cant use any more water (brown water backup in basement sink if we do) cant shower etc... aaaaand back at square one. We called 3 more places to try and ask, get quotes, etc. One place guy wanted to charge $800. Another cant come out until tomorrow. Finally after almost giving up for the night we call Mikes. Super high reviews on Google! (4.8) BUUUUUUUT only 4 reviews we say.... Well we decided to give him a call, worth a shot we figured. Call after 10 PM on Sunday night. (Today as of this writing, 4/23/2017). He was out here by 1105PM. Opened up the access quick, ran in and ran all the water with me, noticed now the upstairs bathroom toilet and shower were backing up instead of basement slop sink. (Reason was now slop sink was clogged secondarily cause of the backup of the s*!t water) he helped unclog that secondary one (AND a bit of the upstairs shower too) at no extra charge. About 20 minutes later if even, heard the huge slurp and saw the toilet backup shoot down the drain. Everything fixed like 20-30 minutes after arrival. Big ol rodder machine did the trick. Also explained a lot of the plumbing around the house. Went both ways with the rodder too from the access just in case. Ended up pulling out a lot of roots and stuff (I guess usually its roots, supposed to get the main line rodded as a preventative maintenance item every 6mo to 2 years it sounds like) Total price was better than roto rooter as well. Friendly, professional. Plus, mentioned during the daytime and when not in a hurry like today as a preventative maintenance item itd be even cheaper too. Will definitely be calling again if/when another bigger problem calls for a pro. Very happy we went with a good local place even tho he only had the 4 reviews, and Im happy to be writing the 5th. If you need a pro, call Mike. And then leave some more good reviews!

    Mikes Plumbing saved me from my plumbing nightmare!!! My house was scheduled for an inspection in less than 24 hours and we had a terribly clogged bathtub drain and a tub full of gunky water! After two hours of plunging, drain snaking, and more- Mike arrived and solved the problem within 10 minutes (this all took place at 10pm!!). I cannot express my gratitude enough!
