We just happened to be camping near Rich on a weekend and had a plumbing leak in our pop up camper. We basically intruded on him and begged for his help. He was so gracious, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem in a short time and saved us a ton of time and towels. We couldnβt have asked for a better neighbor!! Thank you Rich! -
