    Most efficient electrical company I’ve worked with. Neo worked on my house and worked around our schedule; and fixed the issue perfectly. Neo was so cool, he had a tool belt for electricity that made him look like the Superman or Batman of Electricity!!! I won’t go anywhere else.

    Called on a Saturday late afternoon and within an hour Robert arrived and diagnosed our electrical issue. Robert and Darius replaced our corroded breaker box and a bad outlet that night, so we were back up and running within a couple hours. Really appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work. Highly recommended, especially if its an urgent issue.

    Our electrical started acting up on a Tuesday night. I called National Wednesday morning and Robert and his crew were there just after noon. They replaced our old rusted meter and replaced the wiring for it. Then he found an issue with the power line from DTE and called them for us and made an appointment for them to replace the faulty power wire. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable about our issue. Definitely recommend this company. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had our power restored with 24 hours from when the issue started, everyone else I called couldn’t make for at least a week.

    Very HONEST! Robert was very honest and helpful and could have easily charged an arm and a leg on a small issue due to my ignorance like MANY people would.     These guys were awesome! Made everything so easy and were very quick. After a tree fell and took out our power lines and damaged the meter we were with out power for almost 3 days before DTE told us to call an electrician. Chris showed up with in an hour of me calling.     Old fuse panel was going bad. Also had some bad switches and outlets that needed to be replaced. They came quickly and exactly when they said they would. The electrician doing the repairs was great at keeping us informed about what he was doing and our problems were fixed. Would use again and recommend.

    I needed a new circuit panel as half of my house was without electricity. The electrician was very nice and was able to perform the work that day. Due to the pandemic, I didn’t look at the work until after the electrician left and I had some concerns. I called the office the next morning and spoke with Robert. He was very interested in my experience and came out with another electrician and a handyman to do additional work at no additional charge. The concern that Robert displays shows his integrity and desire to maintain his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I would call this company for additional work, especially now that I know how Robert will go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. His attention to my concerns increased my overall experience to a highly positive experience.

    I blew a fuse on accident and called them over. Their electrician arrived quicker than expected and diagnosed the problem before i could explain it. Less than an hour later we have a new circuit box installed and he even offered to sweep up the dust that was left behind. Very good service, would call again 👍👍

    We had DTE out to the house to fix one problem and coincidentally we discovered a second problem that Robert was able to narrow down. His thorough knowledge, experience and expertise was a great relief in our time of need. And the fact that he showed up on the same day we called him was also a bonus. As with many services you almost cant get a response sooner than a day or two and Robert was there the same day within hours of our call. Our problem has not been resolved yet as we are waiting on the installers of our generac system to respond for warranty work. When, (not if) we need additional electrical work we know exactly who to call and feel confident that Robert will be able to assist us with reasonable fees in a timely manner. Thanks again, Robert for all your assistance!!

    Robert And His Crew Are Phenomenal, We Had Issues At My Wife’s Hair Salon For Over 6 Months, Had A Few Companies Come Out And Everything Always Looked Fine Didn’t Find A Problem. Long Story Short Found National Electric And Robert Found Issues Right Away That Improved Our Issue, Finally Upgraded The Panel And No Issue.     Came home from work to no power at my home besides, strangely, 3 outlets, 1 light switch, and 1 pull string light. Was especially concerned about how long my refrigerator had been off and needed my power restored ASAP. This was late in the day around 5pm and my google searches showed most places were already closed or very close to being closed. Was already leaning toward National Electric due to the convenient 24 hour service, but a simultaneous Facebook inquiry brought a recommendation from a family friend which made my decision. I called Robert and he had someone out to my house within an hour. I appreciated that before he even sent someone he heard my problem and suggested I call DTE because it could be a problem on their end and it could save me some money. I gambled on it not being something DTE could resolve (at least not that night) and I’m glad I did. Chris was the guy who came out from National to help me and quickly found my problem. DTE wouldn’t have fixed my problem and just cost me time. Chris showed me my problem and further addressed some things I was looking at for the future. I decided to fix the primary problem and take the precautions for what he told me I was facing in the future. I won’t lie, the price was a bit of a blow. I also was not anticipating this, but when he told me what I was looking at if I just addressed each problem as it came I saw it as a much better decision to handle it all now. That’s not really exclusive to my problem here though. It’s always a much better idea to be preventative instead of waiting for things to break. Being prepared will save you money. This is a new house for me so a few things are bound to surprise me and this was one of them. Anyway, Chris did great work. He walked me through everything he did. He took his time (worked for almost 4 hours) and things are running like a dream now. I will be using National if I need any further work and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you

Most recent time was early February 2021. This last time we had our homes power restored by Robert(I hope that was his name.) He came out, restored our power professionally and quickly.
