    TLDR: Im 100% satisfied. STRONGLY recommend this GC. To be clear, I WILL be hiring them again for a few future projects later this year and again in the spring with no hesitation. Materials used were top notch (including premium shingles they had my wife pick out via samples). Exactly the quality of work I expect for the price (which was more than reasonable) and the team was all LOCAL & experienced.Prior to start, they took the time to come out multiple times, answered questions via email/text quickly on what I wanted done and made sure I understood the costs, quality of work to expect, and made sure every detail of what I wanted done was understood.I had a new roof installed, areas flashed that werent properly done when the home was built, old furnace ducts removed from the roof, and a backdoor covered patio properly roofed and expanded 10 feet in each direction, and all of that finished off by new oversized (6) seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. They showed up exactly the date they said they would (0730), every single member of the team was LOCAL, friendly, respectful, professional, and treated my property like it was theirs. I have a large two-story home, so it was a lot of roof.Everything took 3 days and was complete before an average thunderstorm came in after the final night. Roof looked perfect, gutters worked perfect (previous ones constantly ran over because they werent leveled properly, constantly full of stuff, and too small for the amount of roof). The expanded patio area came out perfect and better than I expected.I made a couple of minor changes as they were working as I started seeing what they were doing (that required maybe an extra hour of work, but no additional materials) and everything was completed exactly as I asked and (as I said) better than I expected. The subcontractor they brought out to do the gutters was clearly someone hed worked with a lot in the past and did a flawless job as well.When all was said and done, although theyd been going around daily to clear up any small stuff that might be laying around (including a metal magnet to make sure there were no stray nails that might snag a mower or car tire down the line), they did it all again as they finished. I actually bribed/challenged one of my kids a quarter per nail or screw to try and find anything they missed. After 30 mins, they found nothing but a small piece of metal that wasnt even from them. Note: Still took them for ice cream since they tried, hah!I had a bad experience (and horrible results) with another company in my previous home, which is why I was so careful selecting a GC but this time I made a good choice.

    Scott Bentz Contacting did a wonderful job on our roof. The crew came in right at 7:30 AM and began working, I don’t think they ever stopped working, it was like everything was timed as to what happened next as far as tear off, prepping for new roof, delivery of shingles, to roll off being hauled away to laying and finishing the roof. 7 1/2 hours later, you would have never known they were here except for our pretty new roof. I would highly recommend them. Very professional.

    Our home looks wonderful with our new roof. Please tell your crew we liked their work while here removing and roofing our home. Was pleased how well clean up was done too! Thank you for advising me to check the driveway after the dumpster was removed, found only 1 nail which I am certain was from it being loaded away.Very professional and courteous crew.     My wife and I were very happy with the roofing job provided by Scott Bentz and his excellent crew.We secured 3 quotes and Scott had the best price. He was the only person that followed up with us and provided addresses of homes that we could drive by to look at the roofs his company had completed.Highly recommend Scott Bentz Contracting.

    I had Scott Bentz Contracting take off and replace all siding on my house. He also replaced all gutters. The only reason I didnt leave 10 stars was because 5 was the most I could give. Professionalism at its finest!!!
