Mod Renovations KC in Liberty

This was a conversion of part of our basement into a workshop, with addition of a wall, an exterior doorway and a utility sink. This is our second time using Mod and we continue to always be impressed with the results. Jon is so thorough in his details, offers great design ideas, is adaptable to our changes, and goes way above and beyond to make sure everything is right. While working on this project, he noticed a place on the deck roof he built for us 3 years ago that needed paint and he just did that out of his own kindness. We definitely would never expect that from most contractors. Robin is amazing as well— she painted a swing unrelated to this project just because she had time one day. Any time I have a project like this I’ll be calling Mod.

MOD Renovations KC did work for me on my home. They did a great job. Were very professional and thorough. Jon explained every step of the job and they cleaned up the area after they were finished. Very personable and great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them for future work needed.

We couldn’t be happier with Jon and crew. They were so creative in helping design a covered, gable roof for our deck. Many other contractors had told us it couldn’t be done, yet Jon came up with a design and made sure it was structurally sound. MOD Renovations KC has been the best contractor we have ever worked with. Their attention to detail and their quality is amazing. At the end of the job we had a punch list of zero because Jon and Claude took care of every last detail. Highly recommend MOD Renovations KC!

His attention to detail and strive for quality work makes me as happy as the million dollar homes I design on a daily basis on a budget.
