I highly recommend Pearson Roofing and am very happy with my overall experience with them.I had a hail claim. My insurance company was a nightmare and gave me a low-ball claim. I worked with Rick, one of the Pearson owners, to conduct an extensive negotiation with the insurance company, which brought up the claim value by ~50% to ensure that the work would be scoped correctly. Rick was persistent and provided detailed figures and analysis, using a software solution compatible with the insurance companys. This is a unique skill and Im grateful for Ricks efforts.The Pearson crew did a great job on the roof install. They took care of the cleanup and roof in a very professional way. Rick insightfully pointed out some vent solutions to increase airflow to the attic which would cutdown on energy expense. My house looks great. Weve already had a couple of big storms and things are water tight.The other reason I chose Pearson is that they have a physical office in Lewisville and have been in business for 20+ years. This was important to me because a roof is expensive and if theres any warranty work, I want the company to be around to fulfill it.

My job was not very large - some shingles were blown down from a steep, high roof. I called roofers who said it was a small job and ghosted me after taking a look at it, promising a quote and vanishing. I called roofers who tried to upsell me on larger jobs unrelated to the shingles.Pearson was perhaps the seventh place I called. They had it done the same week I called them. No following up on my part, no ghosting or upselling on their part. They came out, quoted me a fair price to fix the problem that I had, listened to my worries about some shingles on the other side of the house, and then fixed it all. Because of the other side having problems after all, the roof needed a little extra work - the quote was adjusted by a totally reasonable amount.Eddie noticed some shingles that were blown upward above a window. He was fully set to walk around the entire block with a ladder to reach them and nail them into place when I didnt know where the gate key was at first. I had not even noticed that problem in the first place!I wish Pearson had been the first place I called. If youre using these reviews to decide who to choose, it could be the first place YOU call, and I recommend you do. When I have a larger job, I will gladly be calling them back.

This was the second roof Pearson Roofing has replaced for me in a ten year span do to hail damage and both times they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The have met and exceeded my expectations on both jobs and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards so I couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend this company .

Pearsons roofing came out and did the inspection in a very timely manner. Got everything submitted to the insurance and then had the installation done quickly and with great attention to detail. Will absolutely recommend them to others and use them again should the need arise.

Pearson Roofing is not just concerned abut a sale. We reached out to Mike because my elderly parents are selling a home and were concerned about roof conditions. Mike was patient with my fathers chatter and questions and after inspecting the roof assured us there was in fact NO need to replace the roof. Mike graciously offered his services to perform some touch ups only if it became necessary for the sale of the home. Fortunately for us this was not the case, BUT I know who I will call when it is time for a new roof for my home or my parents future home. Thank you Mike!! This type of honesty is much appreciated.
