I could not be more pleased to have had Richie and Jordon come to my home and fix a leaking water pipe. They came in less than two hours. They were respectful, polite and personable. They had what was needed on the truck and fixed the pipe in a short amount of time. Their charge was considerably less than I had been quoted by another plumber. Rickie was great about explaining what he had to do to fix the pipe. I have already asked that they come back and do more repairs for me. This was the best plumbing service experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough good about Ed Rike Plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning Co.

Today we had Elijah install a second water cutoff valve so our main input valve can be turned off without affecting the water turbine back up sump pump. Precautions after our basement flooded when the power went out in the remnants of Hurricane Helene in September!! Another great job by Elijah and Ed Rike Plumbing. So professional and caring. Thanks!!!In December Elijah and his assistant Alan L installed a new kitchen faucet for us. As per their prior work, they were very professional and efficient. Great job and kudos to the Ed Rike team for always being on time, knowledgeable, and wearing booties over their shoes!Today Josh L and Alan L finished a 3 day project of removing our old sump pump drainage line and laying a new line. A great hardworking team—-5 star plus professional plumbers. Thanks!Paul Wright was outstanding, 5 star plus. He came to our rescue in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene rains. Our 2 sump pumps failed us after our power was out for 14 hours. Paul was also excellent in correcting the outside damaged sump pump line. We’ll be back to Ed Rike Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. THANKS!! You were efficient and expeditious when we needed help.

I have a steam boiler. Zach came to move a radiator for me and was wonderful to work with. He walked me through everything and explained all possible complications. Elijah came out the same day and resolved the issue that we had for over a month. Elijah was on time, professional, honest, and pleasant to deal with. Charles and his apprentice did a great job today. We had a sewer line underground collapse and Ed Rike plumbing helped us get the issue fixed in a timely and professional manner. They even adjusted the initial estimate due to work that wasn’t necessary. Our water heater started leaking so I searched online for local plumbers and chose Ed Rike because of their good reviews. I called on a Monday morning and Doug was here by early afternoon. He replaced some parts, stuck around for a while after to make sure there were no more leaks, and explained to me what he did. He also said, that because the water heater was ~15 years old, we would likely need a new one soon. We began having more problems with it and decided to go ahead and get a new one. They offered to send someone out that day, but it was getting late so I scheduled for the next day. Doug came back out and installed a new one and took the old one, thankfully. He was on time for each visit, and he did quality work, was professional, and friendly. I did some research on prices before we purchased the water heater through them and felt that we got a good quality product for a reasonable price. We will definitely use this company again.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Our hot water tank died unexpectedly and they got it replaced quickly and were so easy to work with. Our plumber Justin was just awesome! He was also willing to work with our home warranty company so that we were able to get reimbursed for the water heater. When I asked for a service call, I knew there was a possibility that I was headed for an excavation of my pipes. Ricky came out and accessed the situation and knew he was going to need help because any hope of an easy solution still required the removal of my water heater. Unfortunately, that still didnt give him the access needed and a full excavation was needed. Turns out my old pipes had seen better days; lots of corrosion.Ricky and Nate were with me for a week and did a great job of keeping me informed along they way. It was a dusty job of going through the concrete slab of two rooms, but they did a great job of cleaning up every night. I cant praise them enough for all their hard work and how considerate of my home they were. Ricky identified and fixed an issue with my water heater once they had it re-installed, which, if left as it was, could have been a real hazard. I cant thank the guys enough! Ill be sure to use them again.

I didn’t have an emergency and didn’t expect same day service, but they came and took care of my leaky laundry valve on the same day, anyway. That’s just how this company prioritizes every customer. Very professional, went above and beyond for us - I don’t live in the property and had a little juggling to do to work with tenant schedule. He kept me informed of progress.
