    What an amazing experience using Donā€™t Touch Electric! They communicated frequently to let us know when they would be coming before and the day of the appointment. They are very professional and left our home clean after all the work that was done. Donā€™t Touch set up all our electrical sockets and electronics for this amazing space. The lighting was incredibly well designed with indoor and outdoor remote dimmers and features. Speakers were set up in the corners with hidden outlets and all fans were installed as well. We would highly recommend Donā€™t Touch Electric. This is the second time we have trusted them for a large project.

    Doug and Dont Touch Electric was very professional and very nice to work with today. He knew exactly what had to be done and got it done in very short time.     This was our first time using Dont Touch Electric. What a positive experience. My initial contact was with Kristen who documented my problem and stated that she would forward it to a technician. Within an hour, Kristen called back and had a technician on the way. The technician, Doug arrived and made the necessary repairs (which were at a reasonable price). From start to finish, everyone from Dont Touch Electric was pleasant and professional. We would have no problem in having Dont Touch Electric address any of our future electrical concerns.     Great experience from beginning to the end! It is hard to find a company with great customer service these days. Dealing with the office on the phone was very pleasant. Kyrsten was very nice and helpful. I had follow up emails throughout the process letting me know what was happening. I wanted under cabinet lighting installed and Douglas did a great job. Douglas was so professional the whole time. He cleaned up every bit of his debris inside the cabinets, on the countertops and the floor. I will use this company from now on for all my electrical needs. Even the payment process was as easy as it gets.

In this case, my large pendant light was shipped without a few parts. Even so, Doug was able to find a work-around and install it anyway.     My gratitude to Dont Touch Electric for their recent service at my home. After a storm caused some electrical issues, they came out and provided me with an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I was particularly impressed by the owner, Doug, who went above and beyond. Dougs honesty during his review of the estimate for the work that needed to be done. Instead of simply following the initial estimate, he evaluated the situation and only charged me for the things that were necessary. He even recommended some additional things that were needed and didnt charge me any extra based on the original estimate.     Responded quickly and efficiently to my needs at a rental property when I had guests coming in the same day, got the work done, and charged me for less than I expected. On a second requested call the electrician checked all circuits in the condo, discovered three with reversed wiring and a number of grounded outlets (including those servicing major appliances) had burned out. The corrections were made quickly and professionally, and the cost was far lower than I expected. Absolutely recommend.

    Doug Simpson, the owner, responded to our cry for help. My daughter was getting married on Saturday and we were hosting many events at our home. We had installed a kegorater and patio string lights to be used for these events. Come to find the kegorater never got cold and lights were inconsistent. Panic!! Doug arrived the same day and was able to get us up and running! He saved the day! Unfortunately it will require another visit from Doug to get everything we need done!     We wanted to have a dimmer switch installed for our 6 recessed kitchen lights. It turned out to be more complicated than expected because the switch was part of a group of 2 other switches and an outlet. Doug from Dont Touch Electric had to replace the switch which wasnt compatible for a dimmer, but then had to trim part of the glass backsplash to make it fit. It took a while but he made sure it worked and fit perfectly.
