    My mom has just had AC work done with Robertson Agnew. She can’t say enough good things about you all. She loved speaking to Angela in the office and the gentleman that came to service her AC was kind and knowledgeable. Manuel was the head guy that came with Luis and Jaydon. He even listened to all of her many stories she had to share. Thanks again. We will be using you again!

    During the great ice storm of 2021, we had a main water supply pipe burst underneath our driveway. The guys came out in single digit weather to fix it. They were professional and friendly, knew exactly what to do, and had our pipe fixed quickly! They will always be our go-to plumbers for ANY problems we have in the future!!

    Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air is the one to call when having issues. We learned from the city of Levelland that there had been a problem from our area all the way back to Burger King. What we understood is most likely everything got pushed into our system being we are on a corner. We did what we could at home then called a plumber with no resolution. We was about to pay $3500 to have our line dug up. Thankfully our bank required us to get a second opinion before lending us the money. We called Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air, John Agnew came out immediately after hearing what we were dealing with. He asked if I would be willing to allow him to try to get it unstuck. Thinking of how I could only pray for some good news we agreed. We are so thankful we did. He got it unstuck and we’ve not had issues since. Y’all not only was he able to get the job done but he did a follow up making sure everything was still running as it should. We are so very thankful for them. If I could say one thing about them is they are here to truly help their customers. Thank you all so very much. Y’all saved us a ton when we truly needed it.

    Adrian and Joe responded to our call about a leaking water heater. They were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. These young men were efficient and left our property clean. Although replacing a water heater is an expensive service, these folks were fair, and made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend!

    This is my second time using them and both times were phenomenal! The first time was for a refrigerator water supply line and they had it fixed super fast. Second time was yesterday for my water heater. They got here seen that it is probably under warranty and called immediately and found that it was in fact covered and proceeded to replace it and was done in about an hour and a half. Today i noticed it leaking again and called, they had the tech back out in about twenty minutes. turns out there was still air in the system because we didnt use much hot water since yesterday. Whats really awesome is while he was here he noticed my shower pipe was leaking and replaced it for free! This company is amazing and I highly recommend them! Thank you for the amazing service!!

    I called them after I met Danny and I’ve tried two different plumbers to come out to get roots out of my pipes and never could get anyone to show up. They were out there same day and had everything fixed quickly. Words can not express how appreciative I am of them! I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

    We were having plumbing issues at our business. We had called 2 seasoned plumbers from in town and no one could figure out our issue. We called John and his crew was out within 2 hours and had us up and going in the next 2 hours. They were fast, friendly and even cleaned up before they left!     Most repair companies keep thier heads down and let the silence envelope the room. Today however we decided to use Agnew and it was amazing. We conversated laughed and they were not shy when the dogs came around. All this while still giving %100 to the job ending with a happy customer. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great staff, great work, great communication, all around A-mazing service!

    This company was outstanding! They replaced an entire sewer line within 1 day. We were able to enjoy having water again! They were there when we needed them! Professional, cleaned up after they were done working and very nice. Will use them again.

    Always my go-to! Last winter my heater went out twice 😅 once was right during the horrible freeze! I have small kids and was so worried. They came immediately and got me fixed up. I will forever be thankful for them and what they did for my family that day!!

    They came out on a Sunday when AC quit cooling. Been having trouble with the AC for couple years. John and Holden came out. They figured out what actually was the problem when no one else could. I will always go to them. Thanks guys.

    These guys are always prompt. I have a level of trust with them that I dont have with other A.C. contractors. Once again, I called today and got same day service.
