Thankfully, I did not attempt myself but rather hired Chaired City Electric, Both Tom and Hugo came and they were efficient working together. I am particularly impressed by how Hugo took notice and care of all the details while replacing my ceiling fan, as if this was a project for his own home. The careful work and attitude deserve a five star in my opinion.

Tom from Chair City Electric is great! He has been an excellent consultant advising me on a few of my own home projects. He even flew all the way to Austin, TX to install both a timer on a ganged switch and a Ring doorbell camera (which he had bought for me as a Christmas present). He did make fun of me for the timer I purchased without his advice. Im his brother. Regardless, he completed this charity work with all the professionalism and attention to detail that Im certain he provides to all his customers. Didnt charge me a dime!

Highly recommend this company. Came to my house within an hour of my call to them. Replaced outside meter worked into the evening to ensure the job was done. Excellent work and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Hugo Bertrand from Chair City Electric came to my house to fix some electrical problems. He called promptly after my request, arrived on time, came prepared with the right parts, and did the work quickly. He did outside work in the rain, but took care not to track any mud into my home. Overall, an outstanding experience. I highly recommend him and his company.

Tom was great!!! He called me back right away. Gave me a thorough first inspection to see what I needed done in my home and sent over a thorough detailed quote right away. His price is fair and he is very knowledgeable about everything and was able to give me lots of great suggestions throughout the process. I have had a few jobs done with him so far and am looking forward to more throughout the rest of my home renovation. I highly recommend Tom and his crew of other great guys, Rocco and Hugo! Tom wired up an above ground pool for me, installed a timer at the breaker box, and an outlet near the pool. He always cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave a the drywall dust all over my basement from running wires. I had a lot of delays regarding the pool install “nothing to do with electrical”. And they were very understanding. Overall great communication and great work.

Called them to look at are fuse box told me they would be here in an hour to an hour and a half didnt even take that long. the gentleman that came was very friendly and fixed the problem in less then 30 min
