Essential Home Service recently painted the outside of our house. Starting with the initial visit from Al, the owner, we were impressed with his thorough walk around, questions he asked and answer he gave us. The next day, we received an itemized quote, describing what his crew would do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. After having other painting companies give us quotes, we hired Essential Home Service. From the first day of power washing, we knew we were in good hands with Leo and Alex painting our house. Both Leo and Alex were dedicated, hardworking, friendly, attentive to any questions or concerns and cleaned up after each day of work. Al stopped by each day to check in with us and on the progress. The job was finished in the quoted time and the cost was exactly as the quote stated. We are thrilled with the finished paint job; the house looks great! Thanks to Al, Leo and Alex our house painting project was a great experience. We would not hesitate to hire Essential Home Service again and would highly recommend Al and his crew for your home painting project.

Alencar and his team were exceptional. I needed trim, walls, and ceilings painted. Most walls were riddled with holes from the prior owners. They expertly patched, sanded, and primed all the holes. Drywall installation, painting and finish work, door installation and moulding, even refinishing the wooden stairway in my antique cottage - all these tasks were completed quickly and most professional, and by a friendly and courteous staff. Alencar and his team did an amazing job with painting the exterior of our home. They went above and beyond to make our house look beautiful. They did a lot of small, extra things at no additional cost and were on top of any requests we made. The carpentry and painting team were extremely respectful, attentive and diligent in their work and the job was completed within the expected timeline. The price we agreed upon in the contract is what it all ended up costing. Highly recommend Alencar and his team! Great job at a great price.

Besides doing a spectacular job painting both the interior and exterior of our house, Essential Home Services provided the skill and craftsmanship to remove imposing columns and replace an LVL beam between our living and dining rooms to seamlessly create an inviting open floor plan. The molding, half-wall caps and stair rail they installed added the finishing touches to their already above standard workmanship. Every member of the team showed up promptly, worked hard and produced high quality results on each project, and each one was professional and personable. Alencar was transparent, competitive and more than fair in his pricing, and often went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
