    From Jim the estimator to Alex and crew the install team, we could not be happier with our new fence. New fences can be pretty expensive, so you want to go with the best quality materials and workmanship, with an excellent warranty from a reputable organization. I can highly recommend Loudon Fence.Double 5 Stars! Had a couple cracked boards on the new fence. Called Jim, he came out and marked them, the a couple days later a crew showed up and took care of it . No questions. No issues. They simply made good on their promise of customer satisfaction.

    I had a gate and fence installed by Loudon County fence a couple of months ago. Jim was very professional, prompt and courteous when he came out to give the estimate. As a side bonus, he had some really cute (corny) jokes to share. Hes pretty funny! When I got the quote for the fence/gate, we decided we wanted to make a modification to the gate; this proved to be a non-issue and that was reassuring that the company was willing to comply with what the customer wanted. Loudon County fence installed the fence and gate and was so very reasonable in the markup related to our modification. These are great people to work with, and I was very happy and satisfied with the end result. I have more fencing to replace and would most definitely go with Loudon County fence (and Jim!) again. Thank you, Loudon County fence - for providing quality and honest work for a reasonable price. You are the best!

    I would like to share my personal comments about using this company for the first time. The time and attention given to clients from such a large company is outstanding.Regardless of the fencing job, large commercial or small residential, each customer can be assured they will be taken care of to the smallest detail.This company will ensure your complete satisfaction with your fencing project. They will also stand behind their products and work.Im happy to say I had the privilege of meeting the owner and vice president. I have the utmost respect for these men and their very successful fence company. This is the number one fence company in Tennessee in my opinion.

    What a team! Jim the estimator did a great job and followed the process through completion. RARE! The install team was awesome! Showed up, discussed what my expectations were and got to work. Installed a wood three rail fence with 4 gates in a day. Looks awesome!. Thank you all so much.

    Called LC Fence because they had done a fence for our daughter and she was very happy. We had a challenge because we were meeting up with 3 different fence types. It is also visible from the street along with needing to fence in a pool. The design and measurements were great and we ended up with a better placement for the fence that saved us money.We did get a quote from a competitor and LC Fence was less expensive and used better materials. The other company was selling a 4’ fence when the newest code for a pool is 5’.

    Loudon County Fence provided me a custom upgrade of my previously sagging post/gate combination on our driveway to our home.They first removed the gate from the old post and then removed the old post. They then installed a much larger, heavier post grounded in 240 pounds of concrete, mounted the old gate to the new post, and then added a new gate adjustable(via turnbuckle) support cable spanning across the top rung of the gate. My gate now is much sturdier and should stay supported much longer without sagging. Should my gate sag in the future, it can be re-tightened by use of the turnbuckle attached to the gate cable and/or by adjusting the gate hangers attaching the gate to the post.You dont have to put up with an old sagging gate that is hard to open/close because it drags on the ground. This fence company can fix it. I recommend Loudon County Fence.

    We were very satisfied with Loudon Co Fence from start to finish. They came out for their initial takeoff within a week of us calling, they provided an estimate within a day, and then followed up. Once we decide to hire them, they showed up as scheduled and on time. Alex and his crew of four additional men, were very professional AND FAST! The crew was pleasant and they all seemed very happy as they worked. They were all tidy with their equipment and cleaned up any debris caused by removing the fence. The new fence was installed with great quality and to our plan. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks Alex and your awesome crew!!

    LC Fence installed a wood fence 2 years ago. With the recent addition of a 2 year old pup, we decided to convert the existing fence to a shadowbox fence. The sales person, Jim Morris, was very prompt in having the job placed in the queue as soon as he could. The installers, Rodney & Susan, arrived on the scheduled day and completed the job in short time. They were very professional, efficient and made sure that the work area was cleaned up of all debris. I highly recommend LC Fence for your fencing needs.

    Loudon County Fence just completed another job for us at our residence. This was a total replacement of wood privacy fence that had been in place for over 20 years.They had repaired and patched it for us several times over the years, but it was time to upgrade. We added some additional features and extensions, and it turned out great.The crew showed up as scheduled, and did the work, which requires demolition of the old fence, and installing the new one, in only two days. They were polite, communicated well about the work to be done, and kept a clean worksite, a sign of skill and pride in their work. You don’t see that much anymore, and I appreciate it.We have used Loudon County Fence for many years at our home and business, and Jeff Jones has always provided exactly what we needed. I recommend them highly.

    After researching fence options online, driving around looking at neighbors fence work, and interviewing 4 companies, my family went with Loudon County Fence for a wooden privacy fence along the backyard. Erik was awesome in discussing my options, pricing was extremely fair, and the quality is terrific. They went above and beyond in understanding my concerns for family safety and security while maintaining aesthetics. On the day of fence installation, there were no surprises - the workers were sure to consult with me twice to be sure I approved of the exact fence line, as well as spacing between boards. They also cleared some brush and branches easily.We continue to receive compliments on our fence! Great job.

    From Julie in the office to Jim who came to give me a quote, and Doug and his two men who installed the fence, Loudon County Fence were wonderful in every aspect. Jim came back a second time in the same day when I called back because I changed my mind about layout of fence and always answered his phone when I called numerous times with questions. Julie was very polite and always nice when I called. I had a couple tweeks I wanted after fence installation. I would call Julie in the morning, she would put the work order in for Doug. Doug and his two men always came that afternoon. I had just under 1000ft chain link installed on property which is very hilly in 3 days. Doug and his workers worked none stop every day. Very nice and polite men. They did an awesomejob. It looks wonderful!I highly recommend Loudon County Fence if you are considering installing any kind of fence.

    Our relationship with London Co Fence started with Jeff Jones coming to our house in Sweetwater and giving us an estimate. It wasn’t just the estimate, Jeff went over several options and the cost associated with each. After a month of discussing and finally deciding we contacted the company of what we wanted to move forward with. Within several weeks Alexander and his crew showed up to install 660 feet of chain link fence. Install they did. Alex and his team completed the entire fence with 3 gates by the end of the day. It was a professional job, well constructed they left the job site very clean. I would very much recommend London Co Fence, Jeff Jones and Alex and his crew. Thanks.

    Absolutely fantastic experience with LC Fence! We ended up needing 580 feet of fence and I couldnt have asked for a better job. Erik was great to work with and even remembered me from last year when we first started getting quotes. The two gentlemen they sent were absolute professionals and even joined my family for dinner after the fence was finished.I was especially impressed with the speed with which they were able to do the job. They had the fence up in two days and were ready to start only 3 days after we agreed on the price. They were even kind enough to come out and move a portion of the fence that they had already placed (it was over my neighbors property line - totally my fault as Im the one who told them where to put it....just misjudged the actual line of our property).It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I know that if I ever need another fence, no other quotes will be needed.     Loudon County Fence just put in a fence around my pool. Everyone with whom I worked was very professional. Erik came out to the property to check out what I wanted. We was able to answer all of my questions because he knows his product. Jerry installed the fence and did a great job. He kept the place clean, showed up when he said he would, asked questions when a decision about how/where we wanted things diverged from the original plan, and the fence looks good in the end (straight, level, etc). Loudon County Fence was recommended to me by two different builders and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them for responsiveness and quality.

    My husband and I decided we wanted to build a fence around our backyard since we have 3 baby girls who love to be outside! We had built a fence, just us, at our old house and it was hard work for me, I said NEVER AGAIN. We wanted a cap & trim privacy fence. The only reason Im giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because 1. We was told it was going to be a 2 week wait and ended up almost being a month, I emailed and they immediately fixed it for the 3rd week, I was totally satisfied with that. No problem. My second issue was wanted our fence to have post caps and not just the longer part that goes across the top of the fence, but it didnt get wrote down on the contract so by the time my husband and I realized it was too late Rodney and his wife Susan had already had the post cut down too short. TOTALLY NOT their fault. It should have been wrote down and discussed by the guy who came to do our estimate. Susan and Rodney quickly figured out a way to fix it. It resulted in us losing a couple inches though. It is a unique, wonderfully constructed and beautiful fence made by a wonderful couple who makes an excellent team. I would also like to again, apologize to Rodney and Susan for my husband. They DEFINITELY deserve a huge pat on the back and lots of praise from the company for being such hard workers, friendly, and going above and beyond to make everything work. Ill miss seeing them!

    LC Fence is the way to go! While GM at Toyota Knoxville, LC Fence installed a security fence around our dealership. The service was quick, professional, and priced very fairly. Customer service follow-up was amazing as well. Recently, there was an accident which tore out a section of the fence, and LC fence promptly came and replaced the torn section; an action critical to the safety of our customers & inventory.     My husband works for this company and so obviously we had LCF put our aluminum fence in. Their lead commercial installer guy, Jack, (dont know what you call him) did such an amazing job putting the fence up. He cleaned up his mess and he spoke politely to me and my two children who were running around the entire time getting in his way. His patience with my kids alone made me love Jack. I dont know if thats how the whole crew or all of the crews are, but all I can review is my experience. Also, I know how good the Owners are to our family, our family is lucky to have Bill and Amanda Morris.

    These guys built one of my business partners an aluminum fence a while back and a tree came down on it shortly after it had been installed. They didnt charge him for the repair despite the fact they had to be out of pocket to some degree for the material, not to mention labor. The next time I need a fence, I know where Im going!

    Ive worked with Loudon County Fence on 3 projects and they at top 1%. As a contractor I know quality in both the materials and installation and both were top notch on all of my installations. They do not cut corners on either. They are also great to service any problems that pop up.My most recent job was larger than normal with some installation challenges and Erik found the right fence for our needs and made sure the installation crew was aware of the challenges for the site.One note, if you get other quotes it is important to make sure you are comparing apples to apples as some might quote you cheaper materials or cut corners.Based on my experience I think you will be happy with your project if you go with Loudon County Fence. I truly feel that are the best at what they do in this area.
