I used Universal Construction to build out my 3,500 sq ft class A commercial shell. The work is quality, priced fairly, and the crew are all kind and respect of the property as a whole. I recommend always letting Universal Construction give you a quote on any job before you make a decision about whom to use. I have only used them since.

I was left high and dry on a job when I was forwarded Cliff’s contact info. He was quick, communicative, and his team did an incredible job completing a complex framing project. Since then he’s done multiple jobs from small framing to bigger remodels. Cliff and his team at Universal Construction are very knowledgeable, professional, and always get the job done.

I had quite the project I needed done. I had a rotten deck. Cliff and his team rebuilt me a double deck with a screened in porch using composite boards and black aluminum railings. The process took a lot longer than anyone expected but it was worth the wait. The decks are beautiful and safe for my family to enjoy for many years to come.

Cliff and Brittany did an excellent job helping plan for and rebuild our deck with an added gable roof. They were very patient with our requests and made sure we were fully satisfied. They took care of all the permitting and HOA requirements. I highly recommend this business!

The project was completed in a timely manner with attention to detail, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were always very responsive, right on time, and finished the project even quicker than I expected. Before choosing this company, I got four separate quotes. They offered the best price with the highest quality of products and craftsmanship. They were sure to cover every item in our agreement and went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with every detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They turned my small awkwardly shaped living room/ kitchen combo area into a beautiful expanded living space and kitchen and added a beautiful windowed breakfast nook. I couldnt be happier with the project! I will definitely be calling them again as soon as were ready to renovate out master bath.

They did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had actually contacted them for roof repair which they did very quickly and asked if they knew of someone to remodel a kitchen. They were at our house a 8:00 am sharp everyday until the job was done. New cabinets floor and paint and we could not be happier!

Very happy client! I bought a foreclosure as is. It was a total disaster!Universal did not do all of the work, however, after demolition, new plumbing, wiring, drywall and roof, Universal put ALL THE THINGS back together and made sure everything worked. To make things more complicated, I had many of my own tools, tile, cabinetry, appliances and so on strewn about. They did a fine job of keeping everything sorted out and working through the chaos I had left.That is a challenge!Importantly, I found a serious foundation concern regarding drainage that three other contractors said was not a problem and either couldnt address or wouldnt (or they wouldnt discuss with me my ideas on how to fix) Well, with all the money I had laid out and personal work, I wanted the house to stand and last.Universal solved a drainage problem and did everything I asked. The house has withstood the heavy rains of late and the cellar is dry as a bone.Universal was easy to contact, responsive, and their prices reasonable.Many thanks to Sean Henessey and his crew! I am a tough customer....as they know.I am so fortunate Universal worked with me to finish this project. They worked on my personal home too. Excellent ethic!Amy Callis
