    This company is truly excellent in every aspect. Calling for service couldnt be more pleasant. I needed a new hot water heater and our technician, Ian, was knowledgeable, efficient, informative, and friendly. The cost was as expected - I do not feel in the least as if I overpaid. The workmanship was excellent, the workspace was clean when he was finished, and the installation was completed within 3 hours or so.     Wife knows the family from years of going to the same church as kids so she suggested we get ahold of them. They were very prompt in their timing. Got us in two days after we called. Gave us an estimate on how much it would be to replace the problem parts on both toilets and estimate on what it would be to replace them both. We ended up replacing both toilets and got them installed same day. They have a great team. They got the work done in just a few hours. Would highly suggest anyone who needs anything repaired to call Bob Means. Thanks again.

    Great service, quick to respond andhelp. Kyle stopped out recently andhelped my sister with her plumbingproblem while she was dealing with afamily loss. It meant a lot at the time andwhen I found a leak in my basement, wewanted to give Bob Means Plumbing ourbusiness after being so helpful when weneeded it. Mark came out and was veryknowledgeable, found the leak quicklyand explained everything. Very polite,helpful and got the problem fixed.

    Service technician was wonderful! First visit assessed the problem and offered more than one solution. Communication was fast and efficient.     We booked a service technician on Sunday evening and much to our surprise he came Monday morning. He text before he came and sent a picture. It was very nice to know who and when they were coming.Mark Morela was the service technician. He was polite, informative, punctual, efficient and respectful to our home. He was quit knowledgeable. We certainly appreciated his expertise. Should we ever need a plumber we will definitely call Bob Means Plumbing!

    Bob Means Plumbing is a fair and honest company to work with.They came out on a Friday to inspect & repair our water heater that stopped working the night before. They had availability at 10am that Friday morning, which was fantastic! We went online the night before to schedule service “asap” Friday, and their representative texted us by 8am on Friday to schedule with us.Daniel was our technician, and he was personable, knowledgeable, and gave us options for our repair with clear explanations as to what was actually needed.We ended up replacing the entire water heater instead of just repairing it. They offered us a fair price and had the unit replaced in around 3 hours. We had hot water again by the end of day Friday!We couldn’t be happier with the service Daniel (and also Matthew) provided us. This was not the first time we have hired Bob Means Plumbing for service, and it will definitely not be the last!(The picture with the orange bucket in the corner is the new unit)

    I found my new pluming service! You can trust these guys. My shower was dripping. My technician Matthew showed up that day and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Some places try to replace more than what is needed for more money. I am glad I called them and will share their number with all my neighbors. 👍

    Our first experience with Bob Means Plumbing was when we had hired another contractor to complete a half bath project on our second floor. Bob Means was the company contracted out to do the plumbing installation of the toilet and sink. They did such a great job that we called them back to service a few items in our downstairs bathroom. We had a bit of leaking in the pipes below our sink due to corrosion and then some issues with our shower/bath knobs and pipes which were outdated due to the age of our home. Matthew came out to take a look at the issues and could tell us right away what was going on. He provided a quote and was able to complete the replacement of some of the piping under the sink that day. He also provided an estimate for the shower/bath situation of which we scheduled a few days later for him to come back out and complete. Matthew was very professional, clean, and did a great job! We are very happy with our new set up. On top of the wonderful work, the company has great customer service! We definitely recommend them and will be keeping them on our preferred list for any future needs!

    Last year, I had them perform some minor under-sink valve and pipe replacements. Since then, my water heater needed replaced. After making the decision to go with a tankless system, we also decided to install a water softener - to protect the investment. and the rest of our plumbing. Chris worked with me on the estimates; he was very polite, knowledgeable, and laid back - no sales pressure.Bob Means was the actual installer. He is a genuine pro. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. His craftsmanship is impeccable. And, he cleaned up afterwards. We got lucky picking his firm last year (from a Google search); and now I know where to go for my plumbing needs.

    Bob Means Plumbing was good to work with. I had a busted pipe and they came out on a Mon. to inspect and give a quote. It was less than some other quotes I had gotten. They came back on Thurs. to fix the problem. They were very efficient. Would definitely use them again

    Amazing experience, exceeded expectations! We had a leak and the basement had water everywhere (not flooded but a lot of water). We called around 9 am, they said a tech would be there by 2 pm. He arrived 2 hours early (we were working from home so we said this is fine), immediately identified the problem, and then we had him look at/fix a couple other minor plumbing issues. Very informative, proactive, professional experience for us. He fixed 3 issues in ~1 hour.We will be calling Bob for all of our plumbing needs moving forward. And a special thanks to the tech! Awesome guy!

    On Christmas eve at 9 pm, my water pipe broke in the kitchen, water exploding EVERY where. My niece Barrie knew of a Bob Means, he came out that night and turned of the water, and returned a few days later to repair the piping. I cant believe how lucky I was to have Bob! Still had to replace the flooring because none of my neighbors could turn off the water. Amazingman! 10 stars plus****

    Replaced my sewer pipe and toilet flange same day they came out for the estimate. reasonable rate- even waived the dispatch fee- classy move. the cost ended up being half as much as one of the previous estimates i got (HL bowman). id call bob again if i need a plumber

    Years ago used a different plumber to do some bathroom work in my house, badddd experience, sloppy work and tacked on additional cost once the job was done. I was recommended to bob means plumbing, but you never know what to expect. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The plumber took 4 hours to resolve my issue, but i was billed the actual estimate. I really expected to be billed more but bob means kept to the estimate....thanks

    Ive hired Bob Means Plumbing a few times to do some work on our new home that required a total overhaul of the kitchen. Two different guys came out to complete work on two separate occasions and both men did exceptional work. They were friendly and professional. They both kept us informed of their progress, potential concerns and what to expect. I will use Bob Means for all my plumbing work.

    This a review of Bob Means - The human - rather than the service he provides as a plumber.Earlier today I was stuck in a tough situation, having locked my keys and phone inside my vehicle while at a gas station. He saw I was in need and, despite needing to be at a meeting in 10 minutes, took the time to help me out and find me a service to unlock my vehicle.He was polite, kind, and left only once he was sure someone was on their way to help me.I cannot speak for his services as a plumber, but as a human I rate him 5 stars.
