    This company is fantastic. They just completed a third job for us. We had a full bathroom redo, dining room floor and now the kitchen, dinette area. Wonderful jobs completed. Timing, skill, nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

    I got my deck boards replaced. The guys had a crazy time because I live in a 1890s house andyhe whole house is crooked. They took their time and made it perfect. I love it.Great job to Brian, Patrick and jemil!! A beautiful job.

    I got a new roof put on by Bittner brothers and they did a fantastic job! The crew worked without breaks and did high quality work. Both the people in the office and the guys in the field had great customer service skills. They really took pride in their work! Thank you Bitner Brothers!!!

    Great service! We had a very bad storm with high winds that lifted off a portion of our roof ridge. Our neighbor highly recommended Bitner Brothers for fast, quality service. Sure enough, they were able to schedule us in for a quick repair. They reattached the roof ridge and secured anything else that was affected by the storm. I will definitely call them again for any roof repairs.

    Got the owner Charles to come out for design ideas and pricing quote for a structural issue and 2nd bathroom. A team was dispatched to start demo and construction on the project. Bathroom was done within a month of getting the initial quote. Communication was great and progress was rapid. Bathroom and cleanup were well executed and tidy. Will definitely reach out to them for future work.

    My husband and I took a long time deciding to update our shower and were hesitant to trust finding someone that could do a good job. We met with Charles and discussed our concerns. He assured us that they could do the job we needed. There were definitely some hiccups in the process, but we are very happy with the end result. The new shower (and we opted for a new toilet, too) led us to repaint the bathroom and update other things. The overall process for us was a good experience, and we would recommend Bitner Brothers for a home improvement job.

    We used Bitner Brothers to remodel our shower to include ADA components. We did our homework and contacted a few other contractors (Some didnt even provide a quote and they were highly rated), including a nationally known company (They were cheaper but more restrictive on what they would do, wanting to just get in and get out in a day). Bitner presented a competitive quote accommodating the special construction requests we had and in the time frame we were hoping for. We felt establishing a relationship with a local contractor would be beneficial as future projects develop for our home. They gave us ample time to think it over, never nagging us (The national company wanted an answer right then). Scotty, Johnnie and Dave were clean, professional, and respectful in our home. As no home project is without its issues (You never know the true construction of your home until you open a wall), a good contractor will be transparent and present solutions. The guys kept us informed of the progress, presented any issues, involved us in the decision making, and notifying the office team which quickly located the material we need to finish the job. To be honest we did have a couple of miscommunications, and they were using a new project managing software which gave them fits, but the positive far outpaced any negative. We are very happy with our new shower and the safety it now provides. We certainly would use Bitner Brothers on a future project!

    We needed a complete teardown and rebuild of our 20 year old deck. Mr. Bittner personally came to my home and worked out a great plan of action that worked great and was in our budget. We met with the crew before the work started to make sure we knew exactly how the job was going to be done. Job was finished well before our contract date. Once finished we discovered a minor issue 4 weeks later. They came back handled it and we couldnt be happier. Whenever I called the office no matter what time I either received a text or call back within a half hour. If you have a project in the near future dont look any further. Bittner Construction is how to go. We will be calling again.

    We called Bitner Brothers Construction to give us an estimate on a kitchen renovation. Charles came out promptly and had some good ideas for us. They worked within our budget to upgrade cabinets, granite countertops, and subway tile backsplash. They worked promptly and professionally and were finished in about ten days. Mark who handled the project was very knowledgeable and did careful work. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and are enjoying the light bright feel with white cabinets, white subway tile and lovely new granite countertops.

    I found Bitner Brothers on Angi List where they were recommended. I needed a zero entry shower remodel for my disabled mother. To make things more difficult I live in Boston and my mother is in Hummelstown PA.I got a call from Kim S. (estimator and designer) almost immediately. She was wonderful, I explained my situation and she said no problem. She went to the house, met with my mother and her aid, brought samples etc. She also sent me texts with all the samples, design and the quote. Not only was she there in the beginning but kept me in the loop when the supplies were ordered, when they arrived, during installation and once the project was done. Any question that came up I immediately got a message.Mark was the project manager and did the install for us. My mother and grandmother who live in the house thought everyone was great. The entire team was so kind and patient with them. We renovated the entire bathroom and it came out amazing, very high end, beautiful and functional for her wheelchair. Because it was a unique shower with zero entry but with a slab basement there was a little hiccup with the floor and they immediately came out, determined the issue and fixed it!Now this sounds like its made up but its not. After the job was complete Mark came out one last time to make sure my mother was happy and everything was perfect. I then got a text from Kim that they were taking my mothers vacuum to get repaired. My mother apparently ran over the cord with her wheelchair while they were there and broke it. He said he would take it for her and get it fixed and bring it back because there was a vacuum repair next to his office.You dont get service like this anymore. I couldnt be happier especially not being on-site how it turned out. Most importantly my mother is happy and it was done on time!

    I had a screened-in patio turned into a sun room. Bitner Brothers was very prompt in getting us a quote and contract in place. They were very responsive to any questions I had. Workmanship was excellent. The crew was very friendly and professional. They stayed on the job until it was finished. Overall I am very satisfied with the work.

    Called in to setup an appointment for an estimate and the office lady was very pleasant. Charles showed up on time and answered all my questions about the estimate. I will definitely go to them for future projects and recommend their service to everyone!

    Bitner Brothers converted our basement into a Mother-In-Law suite about a year ago. They put in a kitchen area and a spacious bathroom. We were very satisfied with price, communication, and workmanship.

    We contacted Charles while we were shopping for contractors to remodel our kitchen. Charles quote came in much lower than other contractors while giving us the same outcome.The team was very friendly and courteous intending to get our kitchen done timely as it was a disruption to our life.We had a couple small issues with some requests we had that were forgotten. However, upon coming back to review the punchlist - these items were covered and we are happy with kitchen.
