    We had issues with our bathtub drain for the longest time we used different drain cleaners and it always came back but after reaching out to Art he totally solved our problem. The fact that he answered my phone call in the late evening and set me up with an appointment for the next day speaks volumes of his work ethic and eagerness to help his customers. First time using his company and will most definitely be calling him again for any future issues!

    Art originally came over to investigate why one of my showers wasn’t staying hot. I thought it was a worn down cartridge (because another company told me it was), so he first replaced that, and he did so about $100 cheaper than other quoted prices. The cartridge was faulty but unfortunately, that did not solve my problem. After checking my water heater, he determined that the electric tankless water heater I had was not adequate for the house, despite the manufacturer stating that it is (I’ll never buy one of those again for anything larger than 1 shower). So, I asked Art if he could recommend a good heat pump hybrid water heater. He recommended a Bradford White model, which is pretty much the top of the line, but he said he wouldn’t install any other brands, and after reading the reviews I could see why. All the other brands had major issues within a relatively short period of time and their warranty was pretty useless. Long story short, I believe Art gave me an honest opinion, a solid recommendation, he worked quick (installed it only a few days after we originally spoke), and after a bit over a month, the unit is still working beautifully and the workmanship still looks great. Definitely recommend giving this company a call for any plumbing needs!

    The two guys that came to my house were kind and did NOT try to up sale me on anything. They walked me through what they were going to do and showed me the size of the snake line they would be using to reassure me the clog would be taken care of. Their prices are fair and come with a guarantee. I will call them again if I have any other plumbing issues. They also called when they were on the way to my house

    Called Art late afternoon for a plumbing issue and he was able to get to my place to take care of it within an hour or so. Really appreciate him doing that. Got things back to normal extremely quickly as well. Ill continue to use Champion Drain going forward.

    We own several units and there is never a good time for a plumbing issue. Art has been our go to for several years. He has bailed us out more times than I care to count. His work is top notch and has tackled light work to the most daunting jobs with the same commitment and quality work. The latest was a slab leak at our apartment building. Art dug right in and chased down the leak with the assistance of a leak detector. He worked straight though and completed an outstanding job, getting the water back on to all 13 units the same day! If you want the job done right, call Art. He is fair, honest and does quality work.

    6-29-23 I was given a quote for repairing the sewer lines under the house and outside the house leading to the road. The quote was true with no markup. They were very knowledgeable about sewer drains and answered all my questions. This is not a job for your common plumber. Three people worked very hard on the job. I was shown pictures of what was done under the house. I could not believe the amount of roots in the old pipes and the rust inside and outside of the old metal pipes. My house is 73 years old. I was given a 10 year warranty. It was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with Champion Drain & Jetting.

    We have an old house with cast iron drains and there has been an ongoing issue with drain clogs, backups and floods where the laundry and several other drains intersect. Several other companies came out and gave extremely high estimates, half-fixed things and then never came back. In contrast, Art came out, gave an fair estimate and showed up on time to compete the job. Excellent attitude and communication the whole time, and no complaints when a 90 year old house brings plumbing surprises. We will definitely call him for future jobs.

    My parents house had a major clog in their sewer pipe and we were stressed out. We called their contact but they turned us down and didnt have any availability until the following week. I was only in town for a week and I wanted to help out as much as possible. I turned to google and found Champion Drain and Jetting. I read their reviews and trusted my gut instinct. Art came out between 9:30 - 10:30 am. He plunged the clog but we decided to get a camera in there to see what the darn issue was. (my dad had to unclog the pipes every two weeks, too much work for a man whos 70 years old). Found the issue and they went to work right away. They were there from 10:30 am till 5 pm in the afternoon. The issue was a lot bigger than expected. They had to cut part of the sewer pipe and replace them, also found another leak and replaced that too. All this was under the house, working hard crawling in and out. Art was honest and I liked his character. Its really hard to find great trustworthy service these days. And I really appreciated his honesty. Go with Champion!

    A drain was clogged on one side of my house from the laundry room, the kitchen and the toilet. Saw the truck while at a light coming from the grocery store. Took a pic for later never know when you will need a plumber and 2 months later here we are. Sent a text describing the problem got an appt the same day. Art was on time. Got the clog fixed and water pressured the main drain and even put new ring seal on the toilet which was leaking. Art was very professional and answered all my questions and gave solutions to the problems and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

    Art and Joe came out to help us out with some backed up sewer lines that had unfortunately spilled over to our front yard.     I cannot speak highly enough about Art. He has done both big jogs and small at my properties. He replaced all of the old cast iron drain pipe at my home and later he completely replaced all of the water lines at one of my rental houses. Hes even done little jobs, like fixing a leak I had in a rental condo bathroom and replacing angle stops in the kitchen of the same condo. Hes honest and hardworking. When I recently had him replumb an entire house, I knew that I could go over the scope of work with Art, hand him the house key, and then leave without a single concern. As always, he knocked the ball out of the park. You wont find a better or more trustworthy plumber anywhere.
