Sergio is fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and does very good work. He is quick to return calls, he is flexible in working around my tenants availability, he is honest and he is very good at what he does. I have been working with him on my investment properties and will continue to do so in the future. He has done both small repairs and big ones, painting, installations, and will even purchase materials as part of his services. Thank you Sergio!!!
