    This is for my mother Jean who had to call this company two different times in less then a week and each time they really didn’t have to do anything but they didn’t charge her either time for coming out for a service charge in San Carlos Park. She said they were very kind and professional and will continue using them.

    Showed up right away. Told me what the problem was and corrected the situation. I find Jose trustworthy and explained that the problem was from the last plumber who inserted a drainage pipe backwards a year ago which caused a slow leak. I very much appreciated his honesty. It is very hard finding decent contractors nowadays.

    I had no water running at all in my home and I called “ No Problem Home Services” after hours and Jose listened to the issue that I was having and “ troubled shooted “the problem over phone. It turned out I didn’t need a Plumber but an Electrician. He saved me time, money and the hassle of finding the correct professional for the job. This is all without me paying him a dime. Great ethics. Wow just Wow , a kind human being. I will definitely be using this business only, for all my plumbing needs.

    Just our luck to have a plumbing issue when a hurricane is coming 😪 but they still came out right away, fixed the clog in the pouring rain out on the roof and took the time to explain everything. They were very funny and personable and even told me a little about lehigh since we moved here only 6 months ago. Would highly recommend and will be using them for any future issues! I usually go off Google reviews and they only had 1 which sortve made me nervous, but Im so happy my husband went with them after calling multiple others! Deff 5 star service!

    Called about 5 different plumbers and they were all booked for approximately 2 weeks. Called No Problem Home Services and they took the time to talk to us and explain things to us and came within a couple hours. We were able to talk to the actual person who did the job. The others all had people just answering the phone and guessing at potential costs and problems. If you have sewer drainage issues call Jose at No Problem . You will be glad you did.
