    We have been wanting to switch our blinds out for shutters for awhile and our neighbor recommended Mill Creek Shutters based off of their experience. We received several bids from different companies based off of varying products and we were the most pleased with Mill Creek Shutters price & quality. They also give a lifetime warranty so that was a big plus!Cameron was quick to respond to our request, he was very accommodating and brought all the samples out to our home to see what would look best in the actual setting. He was very fast to get us our final price quote and set everything up. The production was actually quicker than estimated (Covid has slowed a lot of things down so this was a great surprise) and when their great install team arrived for the big day they were fast & efficient - 9 windows and Trey & Landon were cleaned up and done in under 45 minutes. The shutters look absolutely beautiful and are everything we hoped for. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Shutters to anyone looking for a quality upgrade for a great price.

    Chris from Mill Creek Shutters in Boise, ID provides excellent customer service! We’ve had an entire house of Shuttercraft (now Mill Creek Shutters) made shutters including our garage since Feb. 2003 and have opened/closed them nearly every day. Most of them still look brand new, and have been one of our favorite features in our custom built home. The pre-measurement and install was the smoothest & best experience of our entire build!This week we contacted Mill Creek Shutters about some minor repairs we needed on the custom built wooden shutters on two exterior doors, and magnets replaced on a large feature window. Not only was Chris beyond accommodating with our urgent timing, he arrived early and instantly removed his shoes.     What a great company!! They went above and beyond to help me with my shutters. I had existing shutters (not made by Millcreek Shutters) thst I needed to be put back up in a room after painting. I didn’t have all the hardware nor all the trim pieces. I asked a few different companies to help and everyone else refused. Millcreek took them back to their shop, rebuilt them, and installed them in just about 2 weeks! And for a highly reasonable price. They did an amazing job, communicated with me throughout the whole process and were so professional and willing to help out however they could be of service.I highly recommend them!

    These guys were great! Fair pricing and quick work! We had a few broken plantation shutters that needed repair, they sent out a mobile guy that did it all on the spot no meed for us to remove things. We’ll definitely use them again!

    Mill Creek installed 8 large shutters in my home. Custom windows and all fit perfectly. Flawless craftsmanship. Adds so much class to our home. Wonderful customer service. They all knew what they were doing and even suggested on splitting the top portion of the shutters (leave top open for light & close bottom portion for privacy). I LOVE this feature! Wouldn’t have been the same without it. Fair pricing. Very happy with these shutters & the company. Definitely recommend!

    We bid out several different companies for our shutters. Once we met with Cameron we knew we wanted to go with them. It only was the cost very reasonable but the product is far superior. The install crew was great and we appreciated that they wore masks while in our home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for shutters.

    We love our shutters. I love the straight line look without the bar in the middle to close and open them. They are sturdy easy to clean. They add so much character and beauty to the Windows. We have an awesome view of Timpanogos and they don’t block the view. We love the ones we put on our French doors. They are easy to manage open and great so we have the same look all across the back of the house. We love them so much

    Mill Creek Shutters provides a great product with a lifetime guarantee. We had difficulty finding a place to do custom Shutters for out back sliding door since it was so large. They handled it without issue.

    Milk Creek Shutters did a fantastic job. They were fair, prompt and great to communicate with me the whole time. I appreciate their suggestion of getting a “lesser” grade blind for my garage window to help with the cost. I felt like they were looking out for my interests over their profit.     The shutters are looking good and they help to block the cool draft that comes from the windows. We are planning to have 2 more windows covered. The half closer on the slats work great. If others are thinking about half closure or full closer, I recomend the half closer because you get natural lighting and privacy at the same time.

    Overall our experience was great with Millcreek Shutters. The salesman was okay but not very thorough. He didnt show me samples of the product, basically just came in, measured windows and left. Maybe he thought since I already had a few other quotes, that I wouldnt need to see any samples. The quote was significantly less than all other competitors so we went with them. The installer, Jex was great! Very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Overall easy and great experience from start to finish and our shutters are beautiful!

    They make a great product at a reasonable price, but what stood out to me was the customer service and commitment to getting things right. There was a minor cosmetic defect that they found when the blinds were installed (that I honestly didnt even see) and they made a point to come back and make it right so that everything was perfect.     It’s difficult to get service, let alone specialized service due to my location in Soda Springs, ID. I was so impressed with the amount of time taken for me to choose the best configuration for my windows (hinge direction when I want an unobstructed view, as well as, how best from the outside the shutters would look).I have no shade on my home and live on top a hill and these shutters have absolutely kept my home cooler in the summer and warmer in winter. They are wood, bright white with white hinges. The slats are wide and easy to wipe clean. Love these shutters and the Millcreek company did an excellent job making them. As I finish my remodeling I will call them again for my last three windows. Highly recommend!!
