    We hired Universe Construction for two major projects: a new roof installation and a full home remodel, which included our kitchen and two bathrooms. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were exceptional. Yes they took a little longer than expected but that was to be expected in the industry.The roofing team worked efficiently and left our property clean and tidy each day. The new roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. The roofing came with a 30 year warranty.The home remodel was equally impressive. They transformed our kitchen and bathrooms into modern, functional, and beautiful spaces. The team communicated with us throughout the process, making sure every detail matched our vision. Their expertise was evident in every aspect, from the layout design to the quality of materials and finishes.     We discovered Universe Construction at a home show and had a good feeling about Aaron and his company. We had 2 bathrooms done and felt that the bid was fair even though it came in a little higher than originally promised. Aaron was invested in this project from the beginning and was eager for our bathrooms to be what we had planned on.When the quality of the tile work started going downhill, we expressed our concerns. It eventually became apparent to Aaron and my husband and I that the quality of work he promised us and that his company was known for was not happening. He agreed to start over from scratch in our master shower AND the half bathroom at his cost. Mind you, the tile work was completed and everything….with so many mistakes. BUT…this is what I loved about this company. He sent his best workers the second time and everything is AMAZING!! Yes, it took a lot longer than the original timeline promised but it was done with 5 star quality and I will forever be grateful for Aaron’s integrity. He even had professional cleaners come and clean my whole house afterwards. We are so pleased with the results..from the tile work, to our beautiful vanities, to the shower!!!     Beautiful result that took time and gradual refinement. Overall, we are pleased and the bathrooms are gorgeous — a big improvement.It was a journey getting to this point, not because of any lack of wanting the best result on Aaron’s part, but because remodels 1. Have surprises and he and his subcontractors had to adapt, 2. The remodel dragged on, 3. Temporarily, a very sloppy mirror install and a few missed items by one of the sub contractors. Aaron sent out a different person to to fix those issues. We hare happy with the result.The tile surround, tile floor and shower glass are beautiful, as are the countertops. Aaron had us work with the free experts at the tile store to pick out tile that appealed to us.Juan is a true artisan. Justin gave attention to detail. Some of the others, less so. The timeline didn’t work out as quickly as was promised, but we’re used to that — construction projects always go longer than expected. Ultimately, Universe Construction gave us a beautiful result, and it took time to arrive at this point.

    Aaron was my main general contractor and my first contact. He was very professional and knew every aspect of the project. He made contractual suggestions I hadnt even thought about. His follow-up was timely and he was always available throughout the entire project. Juan or Jose (?) was meticulous with the tile. My project is in the works, but here is the tile so far without the paint and vanity. Ive seen their larger projects too. I couldnt be Happier.

    I called this company, and within a few days we went from bid, the beginning to end of project! The tile installer, Jose, was very experienced and helped me make the right choices that would work in our space. He was quick, efficient, clean and respectful and professional. Aaron (boss man) followed up midway through the project to check on progress and make sure we were happy. It was very reasonably priced and very well done. We are VERY happy! Would have them again, and refer them over and over!

    Really good experience so far with this group. Aaron fit me around their other jobs in the area to tile a roughly 100 square foot kitchen that needed surface prep as well. Elias came out multiple days and did an incredible job with the kitchen tile. It turned out beautifully. I got a bit nervous the first day as they were later than planned by a couple of hours. Dont worry like I did, these guys will not disappoint. Pricing was about average compared to the 8 other quotes I got. For 2022 pricing, they arent trying to rip you off. Nice honest guys doing great work.
