    My whole experience with W.C. Wright couldn’t have been better! Calling the office and talking about what was going on with my air conditioning, the woman I spoke with was personable and friendly and helpful. I heard from Jimmy, their technician, just when she told me to expect him, and he came over, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my AC problem right away. The repair involved turning the system off until the next day, and he came back and fixed things perfectly. Thank you, Jimmy!

    I’ve been using W.C.Wright for 20 years. They have always given me a fair price and they always do a great job. They put a new AC heat pump in my last condo and they could have really screwed me over if they had wanted to because I had never had to replace anything that big, but they gave me a great price and I trust them. It makes a big difference when you trust the people fixing your stuff. The guy who came last week was the same way. He let me know he was on his way and didn’t laugh too loud at my rigging of my air conditioning system. He got in and got it done. Excellent service from an excellent company. All those things listed asking what they repaired are beyond me. I have a heat and air conditioning system and it wasn’t working. He fixed it.

    Jimmy came on time in a very short noticed and he did a great job. After hearing my issue, he checked the unit and identified the issue. He called and locate the replacement part. He went and got the replacement part from downtown Wearhouse. He replaced the condensing unit fan blade and corrected the issue.He checked his installation before turning on the power, He waited on the system performance before leaving our home. Jimmy was very professional and respectful. He checked various items to make sure that he fix the problem for good.Great jobthank you.

    Jeremy from W.C. Wright did a fantastic job. I had a blower motor die suddenly and was completely without AC. I called and they were able to send a technician out within 3 hours.     I had the best experience with WC Wright & Son. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful. They were able to send a tech out much quicker than I was expecting and arrived on time, I really appreciated the heads up notice when they were on the way. I had multiple issues over the last couple of months and worked with both the plumbing and heating side. Both sides, Dylan (plumbing) and Drew (heating), did great work! They answered my million questions plus explained things in a way I could understand, which means a lot to me.     I cant say enough how much of a fantastic job WC Wright did. My AC went out unexpectedly and I was worried it was going to be an insanely costly repair. Thankfully the problem was a simple problem that was fixed quickly, and extremely professionally! Their tech (Don) was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and even though he didnt have the repair part, he was able to drive up to the store, get it and finish the repair in no time!     W C Wright installed my unit 2 years ago and it wasnt working when we turned it on this Spring. I emailed them and quickly received a response that a service person would be here the next day. He arrived on time and quickly found that, due to a power failure, the unit needed to be reset. Instead of just doing the work, he showed my husband what happened and how to reset it, in case it happened again. That shows great care and quality workmanship, in my book!     The service requested was easily done on line. The appointment was confirmed with a return phone e call. The repairman called before coming and I received a text and email with a picture of the repairman. The repairman had on the appropriate face covering to protect us from the coronavirus. He was all about the business to repair our AC unit and after being told what was wrong he went straight to work and it took him about an hour to finish. Ive used this company off and on for about for about 20 years and this is the type of service they always do.

    Great company, and I have used them for many years for Heating/ AC and Plumbing work. I have never chad a bad experience with them, ever.A year ago, WC Wright replaced my upstairs AC unit, and it really never was able to keep the space cooled. I called the company and after a couple of visits and consultations, they decided to replace the unit with a new larger one, plus did some minor modification to the ductwork, at no cost whatsoever to me. That is what I call truly taking care of the customer. I cannot recommend this company higher, they are the absolute best in my book. He did a great job of giving me info about the AC unit and helped set up a maintenance schedule so we dont have any problems in the future.     This is my second home. I used this wonderful company when my air conditioner went out in my first house. When the air went out in this new location they were the first ones on my phone to call. I love that they are polite, and stay with you to get the help you need. They came out to give me a quote, and talked me through my options.
