    I cant say enough about this company! Our furnace had been down for about four days right before Christmas. I tried to get a part and fix it on the cheap. That didnt work out, at all. Called Valley Plumbing & Heating. They came out that very evening to assess the problem. After 30 years, the furnace had had enough. Our new furnace was on the way the next afternoon! What really impressed me, was their offer of space heaters to get us through the night. The boss/owner was on the way before I could even decline them (we had our own). Absolutely, great service! Thank you, fellas!!

    We noticed some water under our hot water tank, and we decided to give Valley Plumbing a call. They squeezed us in and showed up, I think the next day. Which of course, we were grateful for. Our tank was indeed leaking, so they replaced it. We also had noticed what sounded like a freight train horn in our pipes. The tech fiddled with the water pressure and said it should be fixed. Since he left, the noise got much worse, so we called back. They came back out, in maybe 30 minutes. Seriously though, what amazing service!! They fixed the issue and the noise went away for a couple weeks. It came back and we called again, the next day they showed up and again fixed the issue. Since then no more issues! They were so friendly and nice and did a great job with everything. Didn’t over charge us for all the service calls. So happy to have found such a wonderful company!! Thanks for all your work! Very much appreciated!

    Valley plumbing is amazing. When I lost water they were the only ones who were willing to come help me figure out and fix what was going on with my well. They were super nice and explained everything so it made sense, and the spaces they worked on were cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I found my forever go-to plumbers!!

    Plumbers arrived on time. Mike took care to clean the air conditioning unit outside and to add needed coolant charge . He also checked the inside parts. Corey checked the dripping shower and corrected the problem. Both of them were very friendly and explained what they were doing . We were extremely grateful to them

    Valley Plumbing and Heating gave me a great price on new furnace AC and Electric Hot Water Heater and came at 8:30 am tore old out and had new up and running and left at 3:30 pm. The crew was excellent professional and polite and answered questions for me. A great local company to work with very pleased with everything. Highly recommend!

    I’ve had them out twice now for drain repair, sump pump placement and installing an outdoor spigot. Everything was done very thoroughly and for s good price. He even made time to add the spigot work even though it wasn’t planned when I called.

    Highly recommend!! We used them for a camera test for a house we are buying. Everyone has been great! The plumber Ed explained things so we understood. We will definitely use this company again for any plumbing or hvac needs in the future!

    Ted and Bill came to my home to help identify what was wrong with my well, find my well (ugh!), and then replace the pump. I cant say enough nice things about these two guys. It was cold and raining. They were patient with me and my ancient well. They were clever and excellent problem solvers and VERY hard working. To sum it up. Ted and Bill are awesome and employees like that make Valley HVAC worth calling. As for the cost. I didnt have water so I didnt do any price comparisons. But I do know that they opted for manual labor to help save me money on an excavator. Stand up guys!! I will call Valley in the future and so should you!!

    Dennis, with Valley Plumbing, was sent to do some work at our residence on behalf of the gas company. The gas company never shared what a HUGE job it would be. Dennis and his crew worked diligently to make the situation right. They were thorough and executed the job well. I’d highly recommend them!

    Our furnace died in December of 2017, they were out withing 25 minutes of us calling and put a bandaid on it. Gave us a great price on a new unit and actually recommended a cheaper unit because our house was smaller. Installed two days later. They were also very honest about a service call we just had for our AC unit and were once again super fast to respond.

    Valley Plumbing and heating are the best. the price of a new furnace was great! came at 1pm and finished around 4:pm. it was sooo nice to have heat again. highly recommend them!!!!!

    Recently I had Valley Plumbing and Heating install a new air conditioner. Evan and Luke did a great job, they were on time, explained everything throughly and my older unit outside was smaller so they had to put a new base in for it to sit on. My landscaping looked excellent when they were done. I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Well Done!

Erin is a pleasure to speak with in the office, Ed was great with diagnosing my issue along with giving me some other recommendations, and the team of Ted, Darren and Dennis were great during my sewer line replacement.
