    We recently had LeProvost update the plumbing in our Berkshire summer home. Tim Jr. provided us with a comprehensive plan and estimate to install a new hot water tank, well tank, water filtration system, outdoor faucets and replacement of several aging (and out-of-code) copper pipes and shut-off valves. We knew doing all of this updating would be costly, however were glad we used LeProvost to do the job. The plumbers arrived promptly on both days, were courteous and professional and did beautiful work. They answered all of our questions (I tend to get under the hood quite a bit) and was glad to have Tim and his crew explain the pros and cons about our project before and during the job. We highly recommend LeProvost for your plumbing installations and services.

    We were very pleased with the service we received from LePrevost Plumbing. Prior to Thanksgiving our boiler stopped firing. The system would keep cycling. Our assigned tech Zackary came out to look at the system. He ended up taking out the firing system, cleaning and resetting it. This seemed to fix our issue but was a temporary fix. He ordered a new part and he was able install it about a week later. Zackary did a nice job and we havent had any other issues and i would recommend both Zackary and LePrevost.

    I would like to share our experiences with LePrevost Plumbing and Heating very recently. We made a request online for someone to contact us about a heat pump mini split unit to be installed in our home. A day later received a call from Tim, the owner and set up a house visit within days. He explained every option we had on site and answered all our questions very thoroughly. A day later I had an estimate for the work he suggested. I stopped down the next day to make down payment to schedule work. After the weekend received a call that we would be on schedule for the next week. Eric and John stopped by the day before to check out project. They came the next day and were so professional and productive that it was nice to see and watch. Eric is a very knowledgeable craftsman. Next day they were done and I am sitting home enjoying the fresh cool air thru out the house. This type of service is remarkable. Hats off to Tim and his crew for what they do every day.     This past October we had a Navien Combination furnace and on demand hot water system installed in our home and are so pleased with the work that was done. The quote was reasonable, the installation was timely, the clean up and removal of the old system was excellent, and the savings since installing the system have been pretty impressive. When we had questions about the new system they were answered promptly. The folks in the office the on-call staff, the installers, and the technicians have been professional, thoughtful, and certainly interested in our getting the best customer service possible. This weekend, we had a minor problem. Roger the technician called, assessed the situation by phone and then came by as soon as possible on Monday, explained very thoroughly what had occurred and had us back in working order in a matter of minutes.We would not hesitate to use LePrevost Plumbing and Heating in the future.

    I recently moved to the area and needed to replace an existing water pressure tank. Found LePrevost Plumbing Heating and Company online. Called and within two weeks appointment was made. The owner answered all of my questions and was very helpful with one of the leaks in the Jazucci. The plumber, Justin, was pleasant and easy to talk to. He was thorough, knowledge and efficient. He answered my questions and checked out the leak with the Jazucci. Would highly recommend them and now I have a plumber in the area.

    Both Jay and Roger have serviced pur cottage. Both provide top notch professional service.     Ive dealt extensively with a lot of contractors over the years. I like LeProvost as my household plumber. When you need a plumber you need a plumber. And these guys are always available within a few hours even on weekends or the middle of the night. And when they do routine things, furnace maintenance, replace drain lines in the house, its done well and thouroughly, with anticipation of future problems or needs. These positive things make them not cheap, but its professional. Theyre running a good, professional business.

    My old steam boiler stop working when I was on vacation. My friend called first plumber, and after working 2 hours he said that need change gas valve for $600. Second plumber said that need change gas valve for $500. After calling plumber supply store he told me that no replacement valve for my old valve. I must change boiler for $6000 !I came back from vacation, called Le Prevost, and in half hour serviceman fixed my boiler for $145 !!!Big different. And its was not valve problem. They know, what they doing !Thank you

    We recently purchased a new home and have had LePrevosts come to do a few things. (Dishwasher installation, new thermostat and needed a leak fixed) Every time they were at our house, they were professional and always did a great job in a timely manner.     My furnace started blowing cold air on Monday evening(1/6/2025)! Since it was after normal business hours, I got the answering service, but quickly got a call back from LePrevost service technician, Sean McLaughlin. He arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem.While it was not the news I was hoping for, he did present me with two(2) options and a new furnace was ordered.Sean went above and beyond to help get this resolved as quickly as possible.LePrevost(Doug) also brought a few heaters the next morning to ensure that my pipes didn’t freeze and that I was warm.The furnace arrived on Wednesday(1/8) morning and they were able to get it installed the same day!I highly recommend the folks at LePrevost for all of your heating, plumbing, and cooling needs!Thank-you!!!
