    Henry’s Electric went above and beyond this Holiday Season! Our refrigerator broke right before Christmas and we are expecting a full house of family and friends.     Buying our LG washer and dryer could not have gone more smoothly. Rose handled my purchase over the phone--very helpful, patient and informative. Wilbur and his crewmate (Im embarrassed that I cant remember his name :-( were lovely and got the old machines out and the new ones in very efficiently. Wilbur also took the time to position the machines much better than my original ones, most appreciated. I will definitely call Henrys Electric for my future appliance needs.

    Henry’s Electric made the process of purchasing and installing our new wall unit microwave so easy and convenient. They replaced our broken microwave with almost the same microwave we had, but updated and better at a comparable price. The sales department made the whole experience run so smoothly. The microwave was on back order, but the sales department provided us a realistic delivery date and met it. When it came time to schedule the delivery and installation, they worked to improve the day and did so by a full week. The installation team was punctual and courteous. They also took away the broken microwave and disposed of it for us properly. We use Henry’s Electric for our appliance needs and are never disappointed.

    I ordered a new refrigerator, microwave, stove & washer & dryer to replace 20 year old appliances! It was a wonderful experience. The delivery folks were extremely knowledgeable and very professional! They came out prior to measure so I was able to have piece of mind that everything would fit.     My 10 month old Whirlpool dishwasher abruptly stopped working, with a family of 7, a dishwasher is a must! Henry’s is the only repair/appliance shop who would send a repair person quickly! I tried to schedule an appointment on line with whirlpool warranty, nothing available for over a month! They ended up calling Henry’s, and they scheduled an appointment in 4 days! He quickly diagnosed and replaced the failed water pump, and was in and out in no time!Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

    UPDATE: Henrys did such a great job on the AC, had them install a Generac whole house backup generator. Once again, exceeded all expectations .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Just had a Mitsubishi split duct ac/heat pump installed with three head units. These guys were fantastic! Ive shopped around and did my research. Johns recommendations were right on the money. The installers were neat, courteous and accommodating. Its worth spending a few extra bucks and having the job done right and on budget, no surprises.

    Henry’s Electric goes out of their way to help the customers. Whether it be delivering an appliance or repairing one. They are safe, courteous, friendly and clean up after the job is done. I would highly recommend them for any appliance needs. I would also recommend them for electrical work as well. We used them for our addition and they did an amazing job! Great company!

    We recently had Henry’s replace/hang/install several light fixtures in our house. None of it was straightforward, but the electricians at the house worked very hard to make sure that it was not only done safely, but was aesthetically pleasing as well. Also, they weren’t afraid to offer suggestions which we really appreciated. Since they do this every day and we never do this sort of thing, their input was very valuable to us. We felt as though it was a team effort. The work was meticulous and the cleanup was, too. Will absolutely use again!

    I wanted to purchase a clothes washer locally to help my community and also take advantage of tax free weekend. Henrys was able to order the machine over the phone and service was prompt.     Yesterday a crew from Henrys Electric arrived as scheduled to replace our household main electrical fuze box (from 1963) with an up to date main circuit breaker box. Brian & company did a nice job of it, and completed by mid afternoon. Everything works great , and I am pleased with the neat work done. The new equipment is larger than the original, and its rectangular gray boxes on the garage wall remind me of being back on a submarine......
