    I had a hot mess at my pool pad site that was under powered for the new heater that was installed a year ago. Jon and team did an amazing job even with a tight conduit run that gave them some trouble they kept their cool re-worked it till it was right and then left the site clean and organized. I cant thank Jon and the team from Laven enough for the quality work and craftsmanship along with the great communication and effort that went into solving some code issues and increasing the power footprint to support my new hardware!

    The externalDisconnect for my air conditioning compressor was damaged by an electrical surge and the a/c repairman told me only a licensed electrician could make the repair. I called Laven Electric as soon as they opened on Monday morning and they were able to send a crew (Aiden and Josh) here that same morning. They installed a new disconnect that is an improved version from the one initially installed. Whenever I have electrical issues, I always call Laven Electric because I know and trust them to be honest and reliable, they get the job done without unnecessary additional expense.

    The two guys from Laven Electric were wonderful to work with. Jonathan talked to my baby granddaughter and they both liked my dog and cat.     I have used Laven now for several electrical projects. They always provide outstanding service. My most recent task was for them to install a stove exhaust. Laven sent the electricians Salvador and Monty. Wait...Salvador and Monty...that would be a great title for a Hollywood Buddy Cop movie. Hmmmmm. Anyway, they were fantastic. They expertly installed the exhaust. They even did a bit of construction work because they had to cut a hole to the outside for the exhaust. Well done guys!!!! I will continue to use this company, and I highly recommend you do as well.

    We called to get someone to come out and look at why our fuses kept blowing and causing an outage with our guest bathroom, ring camera and coffee bar. We had the owner scheduled within a week and it turns out it was too much pull for the circuit. He wrote up the estimate and emailed it to us quickly and we were able to get it remedied the next week. The two electricians that did the job were personable, nice, showed up early (when does that happen with repairman!) and they even retrieved a broom and dustpan and swept up after themselves! We appreciate the quality of good workmanship! Would recommend!

    Laven Electric is my go to when I need an electrician. Some folks say they are pricey. Maybe they are; however, I don’t believe they are when you consider the level of service you receive. The technician are exceptional, the service great, the office staff is professional, and the technicians/crew actually show up on the day and at the scheduled time. Sadly, this is not the case with many businesses. Last, upon a diagnosis of the issue, you get a thorough explanation of what needs to be done to remedy the situation I will GLADLY pay a few extra bucks for that kind of service.

    Laven saved my day! I dont usually do reviews but they were awesome. They came out super quickly as we had an electrical issue while installing an exterior door. It didnt delay our other contractor more than necessary and got us moving forward on our project. I think our technician was Dylan and I unfortunately didnt get the other technicians name, but they were friendly and efficient!

    Our experience with Laven Electric was absolutely perfect. The schedulers were pleasant and efficient even when I needed to reschedule within hours of our initial contact.     The two technicians that came out were very knowledgeable and repaired our outlet very quickly. The repair cost was less than what we expected and they came early. However, my husband works from home and he had to finish up his work before they came in, so they waited patiently outside until the scheduled time.While they were here, they kept us informed about their progress and let us make decisions about the job that would add to the base price, so we felt in control of the situation. We also had a couple other questions about future electrical jobs and they took a quick look to see what might need to be done for those jobs at no extra cost. We will definitely be calling them for future jobs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical repairs.

    From the first call I liked this company. The office personel were all a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. They gave me a window of when they would be there and ended up being a few hours early which was great! The price was great and started the work immediately.I had called 10 different electric companies and this was the ONLY one that did exactly what they said they would do. They guys that came out helped with ideas and offered suggestions and were very helpful.This will be the only company I use from here on out.     They did an amazing job and were very professional and courteous. The only issue was when they moved the sub floor in the attic to put in the canister lights which are awesome they forgot to put one of the boards back in place.     Monty and Dylan have come to our place for over two years now. They arrive promptly, work efficiently, and leave the area clean and organized. Beware of electrical companies who charge double, triple and quadruple what Laven Electric charges. Another Leavenworth company quoted $8k to $12k to fix a lamp post for us. Laven quoted $3k to $4k max, but ended up installing solar panels for $250. There was no need to dig up our entire yard and leave a mess like the first company suggested. We encourage all clients to get at least three quotes. If two quotes are similar, they are the honest ones. If one quote is significantly higher, you know who is trying to rip you off. We are an established law firm in Kansas City and we have experience with several electrical companies in the past 35 years.

    Installed outside power for my above ground pool. I fully expected some invasive drilling through the house to get power outside based on the estimate, but when the techs arrived they spent an hour exploring a better way that didnt involve lots of modifications to my walls and ceiling.     The Laven guys were here bright and early punctual for the appointment, sadly BPU was less than punctual and they had to wait almost 2 hours for them to come disconnect the power. Once they did that they quickly resolved my electrical issue. Definitely will call them again when next I need an electrician!

    This was the second time Ive used Laven to help me with an electrical problem I was experiencing. First time was to get a 1 hp motor running and to install a 220v circuit. This time they replaced a GFI outlet clearly damaged by lightening. I couldnt be happier with their services.
