    David did a wonderful job on our custom cabinets. He was up front professional on the planning/design element. Making sure we got the look stain and wood that we desired The final product came out just as we had ordered and they look beautiful. It was refreshing to do business with someone who cares about his craft. He made sure they were right and what we wanted. I would use him again for another project which to me is a sign of complete approval. A professional worthy of consideration.

    David did a great job on two cabinets for my home. From the design in CAD to the installation he is very professional and detail oriented. On the higher end price wise but the end result is truly worth it.

    Great job and installation by David and his team. We’ve converted our formal dining room into a “parlor” and it started with these great cabinets/shelves from DS Woodworks. Timing was very reasonable and David worked closely with us on the design and installation including how the lights would work, where plugs and wires came through, etc.Being able to trust your contractor (and ability to see via software the design ) is so important to us and David certainly delivered. We look forward to working on “next” with them.

    I found David’s business through Google and I reached out to him regarding a quote for a mud bench for my entryway. He was quick to respond and answered all the questions I had. He even took the time to send videos to explain the difference in methods that could be used. I provided a mock of what I wanted as I was very particular about what I wanted and couldn’t find something representative elsewhere. Upon further discussion, we agreed on the format of it and scheduled a time for him to come out and measure. Throughout the entire process, his communication and timeliness was much appreciated.David is incredibly friendly and patient. I wanted white oak for my bench but the sample wasn’t pulling the undertones I desired. I sent him an inspiration picture and he ordered the exact same stain that was used and the bench came out beautifully! I also requested that the shelves were adjustable/removable and he was able to deliver.When ordering custom furniture, you want someone who is transparent, detail oriented, and great at what they do. David is your guy! I almost went with someone else until I came across his business page and I am SO glad I found him!!

    David was a pleasure to work with! My wife and I would highly recommend his services.He worked with us to create a built-in L-shaped bench for our kitchen and built-in wall to wall bookshelves and desk for our office. Both results were even better than what we hoped for.David was able to work with some tough constraints (like my need for a deep desk, despite the wall space being constrained by a window) and deliver beautiful results.Would highly recommend him for his professionalism, timeliness, and exceptional skill.

    This review is long overdue - but better late than never :). I hired David to build and paint built-ins for my dining room. He was very thorough in getting all the information he needed - asking me about details I had not even thought of which was super helpful in preventing any surprises on smaller design choices. He built and painted them all in his workshop and install only took 2 days which was great and super convenient for us. The cabinets look amazing - Ive gotten so many compliments and its clear that they are very well constructed. David also helped me choose the accent wood for the countertop that would pair well with other elements in my home. Thank you so much for the amazing work!! Well definitely hire you again for any other carpentry needs :)

    Dave just completed a job on our 17’ living room wall, and we are very happy with the final result! He constructed two 5-1/2’ wide double cabinets with bookshelves, and a 6’ wide, 11’ tall shiplap center with mantle for the TV and electric fireplace. He was very easy to work with, and extremely patient during the design process with our indecisiveness (okay, mine!).

    David did a great job on my vanity and sons desk. We sketched out what we wanted and he executed exactly as we had hoped. There were only a couple minor blemishes on the vanity but he came back the next day and corrected them and left us the rest of the paint for future touch-ups. He was very polite and pleasant to work with as well. Highly recommend!

    David was so great to work with. We didnt have much in mind for a tight space in our kitchen, all we knew is that we wanted some cabinets to hide some appliances, dishes and glassware in our kitchen. He whipped up a rendering during our first meeting, making on-the-fly edits that day so that we could get it just right. The install only took a day, and the cabinets look so great. He paid a lot of attention to detail since our floors were uneven and he went the extra mile to make the sure the cabinets looked perfect despite the tricky angles. Highly highly recommend using him for your next project!

    I came across David by accident, as I was looking to have a cat door installed and he ended up building some additional cabinets above the mudroom, fitting out our shoe closet and installing a floor to ceiling 10 foot cupboard in dead space in the master bathroom with built in laundry baskets. I’m really pleased with the finished product, which is high quality and blends in well with our existing cabinets. David was very professional and helpful with his suggestions and he sent us pictures as he was building the frames. I would definitely use David again and recommend his services to others.

    We made a huge rookie mistake when we ordered custom bathroom cabinets. They were too deep for the room and we thought we would have to re-order at a huge loss. I found David online and called. He came the next day to look. He was so easy and fun to work with! He took our cabinets and rebuilt them to accommodate our space. What a beautiful job! He was finished sooner than expected and did a perfect install. We are so relieved to have this disaster remedied without too much pain. Thank you David for taking pity on a crazy old lady!

David was highly professional and this was evident from his first visit to confirm measurements and design the custom TVunit built-in for our living room.
