Ive come here a couple of times for supplies when Im doing electrical projects around the house. I know nothing about electrical work, and these guys have always been super helpful and knowledgeable in making sure I get the right supplies. Way better than going to one of the big box stores for electrical stuff.

My AC was on the fritz. I was hoping that it was just a capacitor. I went to a competitor up the street and he barely gave me the time of day and said he didnt think that they carried that. That was as much as I got from him. He couldnt even just check to see if they carried it. So I went to Platt electric supply. They were open at 6:30 in the morning which was great. I was greeted by two very friendly guys who instantly knew exactly what it was I wanted and knew that they carried it and within minutes I was walking out of the store with my new, reasonably priced capacitor. These guys were very friendly and very accommodating. I have already told a few people of the experience I had there and it has only been a few hours. By the way it WAS the capacitor and I had my AC up and running within the hour. Thanks to the professionals at Platts!

Very helpful if you catch the right person. Had some difficulty getting answers that made sense from a younger girl and an older guy. But two others are always more than accomodating. Good prices with free delivery available.
