This was a great experience. It’s been a long time since we have a had a smooth -no stress customer experience. Heather was kind, professional and clear with expectations regarding timing and who would be our service tech. Ronnie showed up on time, we reviewed my list which included moving a TV on our wall above the fireplace, changing electrical outlets, switching out some bathroom plumbing, and some drywall. He was efficient not wasting any time. Communication was great. The jobs look awesome. From start to finish this was a great stress free experience. I am so happy we found a company we can trust. We will request Ronnie always, we have already had him back a second day to complete more projects. I would have no problem going to work and leaving him by himself to complete any task.

We were so pleased with the repairs on our windows. Our repairman Ronnie was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained several options and did excellent work. We just had ACE Handyman Services come to our house to install a dog door, and throughout the entire process we were very impressed with them. Every step of the way they were 100% professional. Heather, who answered my many phone calls, was always happy, polite, patient, and extremely helpful. Ronnie, who installed the door, called to confirm the evening before, was flexible with the appointment time, arrived early, was knowledgeable, worked hard and efficiently, and was as nice as he could be! Had a dishwasher delivered from lowes and they would not install because they said tile would have to be removed to get the old dishwasher out first. Nathan from Ace came out and he was able to figure out how to get the old dishwasher out without removing the tile. Also, had a portable a/c unit installed in my sunroom. They were quick and it’s really good to know I can trust them to do the right thing! I will use them again!

I found Ace online after my original handyman company wouldnt return my call. Darryl was my first contact who swiftly reached out to me per my request. He set everything up in less than an hour. The next day a technician was at the house to do the repairs. Steven the handyman did a fantastic job, he was quick and professional. Darryl gave me a estimate over the phone with pictures that were provided by me. The finished price was less than he estimated so I was impressed by that.
