    Rosario Construction Services recently finished our basement and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They did an outstanding job turning the space into a beautiful, functional living area for our family by adding 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.One aspect of the project that really stood out was their ability to install egress windows. This was something I had never considered before, but Jose and his team handled the entire process, from cutting through the foundation to ensuring everything was up to code. Watching them work with such precision and care gave me a lot of confidence in their skills.Jose was incredibly knowledgeable about all the codes and standards required to create a fully legal living space. He also took care of securing all the necessary permits, which was a huge relief. Throughout the project, he was always patient and available to answer my questions.The team was professional, on time, and respectful of our home, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. If you’re looking for a contractor who can handle even the most complex tasks with ease, I highly recommend Rosario Construction Services.     This company provides exceptional customer service and excellent work.I used them to repair the damage to a water pipe break and then get a supplement from the insurance company due to cracked concrete. The fixed the walls, the floors, the bathroom, tiles and everything else associated with the damage. Jose and his office manager and his crew was responsive and prompt in this adventure and also negotiated with the insurance company.As a result of their effort, the result was much better and more attractive than before the damage.I am not associated with them, but it would be a fatal mistake not to contact them for personal or commercial work, and get an estimate and their suggestions and recommendations.I am an attorney and my demands and standards are high. Rosario Construction exceeded all of these.

    Everything you should expect in a Home Improvement/General Contractor, and Im one myself. Hired them to do a project I had to start myself after trying to hire a friend, who was also a so called contractor, to do that project for me. I implored him to take the project as a business and not a project as a casual favor for a friend, but unfortunately that didnt happen and I proceeded by myself as much as I could and when I couldnt do it all we hired Rosario Construction. Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, they did a beautiful job and worked perfectly along the way to achieve my desired results.

    I brought in Rosario Construction Services to renovate a bathroom. The process was very smooth. The work stayed on budget, and was completed in a reasonable timeframe. They communicate well, and are great to work with. I never had any issues reaching out with concerns and following up about the status. Any and all issues I had with the work was quickly resolved with no hassle. I would be happy to have Rosario Construction Services back again when I need more work completed.

    I had a marvelous experience with Rosario Construction Services. This is the first review I ever write. I thought it was worth sharing due to the extraordinary detailed service we received. The services provided were many: Ripped off carpet and placed new floors, evened out walls, painted, and worked on the entire kitchen. Their attention to detail was astonishing. They were always on-time, communication was excellent and my questions were always answered with honesty and full of wise constructional experience. This is definitely not my first rodeo/experience. I have multiple houses and have seen different people work and Rosario Construction Services has by far been the most exceptional service. You should definitely trust Rosario with your home or construction needs.

    Very professional and helpful service. RCS was the contractor recommended to us by our insurance company after we had a pipe burst this winter. They made the whole process painless and did wonderful work. You could not even tell that the damage had happened once they were finished. They were fast, courteous, and the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor and will definitely call them again for all of our home improvement needs!

    I had a good experience with Jennifer and the whole crew at Rosario Construction Services when we experienced severe water damage at our house. Everyone was professional, hard working and always cleaned up after the days work was done. We had wallpaper in a very weird and dangerous spot and they managed to scrape it all off without getting hurt. I was more nervous than they were! I would totally recommend them!

    Recently got my hardwood floors done and repaired in my dining room , living room and kids play room. Rosario Construction did a fabulous job! I’m in love !!My experience working with this company was professional right from the start . Customer service at it’s finest. Communication was on point. Office manager Shauna kept me in the loop of things via emails, text messages and phone calls .The job was done and completed within 2 days as promised. I will certainly be getting more work done on my home and Rosario Construction is who I’m going to call!!     Rosario Construction has successfully performed 2 construction projects for my company - Ecolab Inc. Jose and his staff stand out amongst all other contractors with respect to integrity, work quality, timeliness and communicating the framework of their projects. They show up when they say they are going to show up, they do quality work, and the owner constantly checks in with us to make sure the project is being executed as planned/promised. There isnt enough time or space to say all the great things about Rosario.. We are so very pleased to be involved with this high quality firm.

    After a water heater burst in my basement I was given Jose’s card from the Servpro people.We had such a positive experience. His contact person ,Shauna, was always easy to reach and set up all appointments and sent all contracts. Jose came for the estimate at exactly the time he said he would.Work started promptly and finished ahead of schedule. The men were respectful and very hard working.if I had questions or concerns Shauna reported them to Jose and they were dealt with swiftly. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to deal with such wonderful professionals after such a stressful ordeal. They even worked with my insurance company estimator to find a reasonAble affordable solution. I would recommend Rosario Construction to family or friends in a heartbeat.

    Had RCS come in to fix my garage finished ceiling after water damage mitigation was done. Couldnt be happier with the whole experience! Everyone was helpful and communicative to make sure everything was coordinated properly. Had to have an electrician come in before their main workers came in due to needing to make sure the electrical wiring, outlets and fixtures were repaired from the water and RCS handled everything without me needing to coordinate. Once RCS workers were in the ceiling was repaired and finished such that we cant tell anything was ever damaged in the first place. Perfect!

    Jose and Rosario Construction saved my kitchen!!! After a very long and frustrating experience using Lowes for what should have been a basic remodel that left my kitchen worse off than when I started, Jose came in and assessed what had been done, gave me a very reasonable quote within my budget and provided beautiful quality cabinets within a three week time span start to finish! They are an absolute pleasure to work with, Jennifer in the office is lovely and communicated with me in between talking with Jose, Luis does a fabulous job (and listens to fantastic music if you happen to be home while they are working :) ) and I cant stress how great it was to work with Jose as he was responsive and proactive!! I am so happy with the results and feel much more at peace in my home because of the work they did!! Thank you, thank you!!
