1st had a worker come give a quote 11/17/22 and actually was expected to come the very next morning, but never showed up. On 12/12/22, I reached out and found the man had left the company. 12/13/22 another man came and approved the same quote. On 1/13/23 they finally were able to come (weather had them behind). They did beautiful work, but failed to do all they agreed on. The part of the driveway that reached the garage area, they were supposed to widen the asphalt area to meet both sides of the garage, instead, the left side was about 3 shy. They originally said they were going to remove some concrete that was spread out and fill it with asphalt, but when they came they paved over it (which was fine, but not what they said). When asked why, they said they were able to grind it down and was good to pour asphalt on top. It looks good, but as stated above they did not square up the asphalt to the garage area, making it look incomplete at that one point. Everything else looked great. I contacted them and was told they would be coming back to do work for my neighbors and would put some asphalt in that place. After a day or so, they came out early one morning and loaded the equipment up and left. I contacted them and was told they would be coming back. Later I asked again and was told they would still be coming. They even told my mother they would fix that area (when they got the equipment), but as of April 13th, they have finished that area and have not called. This is why a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star. They dont keep their word. Should not have paid until they finished. They do great work, but you need to be there when they come to ensure they do as agreed upon. They person quoting, is not necessarily there doing the work. -
