Scott did a fantastic job of bringing my 1960s kitchen into the 21st century. The only reason the review isnt 5 stars is due to issues with suppliers, but JSS Property Professionals Inc. didnt give up! They made the kitchen look beautiful, and the craftsmanship is superb. Steve and Riaans workmanship, attention to quality, and customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend JSS Property Professionals Inc. and the whole crew for any remodeling project.

There are not enough good things I can say about the folks at JSS. I submitted an inquiry for a deck rebuild through HomeDepot Pro Referral. The team reach out and we’re very professional with follow ups and initial scheduling. They came out immediately started the demo process. Both the gentlemen (Steve and Rien?) were professional and very helpful.I would high recommend JSS to anyone who needed any home services.

JSS Property Professionals has been a five star experience from beginning to the finished product.We had been working on getting estimates for a small deck in our backyard and we were constantly met with no return phone calls, overselling, people giving us estimates over the phone; basically a constant run around.We contacted JSS mid-week, we had Scott out to the house for an estimate on Monday and had a complete estimate by the following day. There were no hidden costs, no we will see what we see when we get in there, we got an “out the door” price and I can assure you Scott and his men were professional and efficient from the get go.Our deck was complete a little over two weeks from the estimate day. There were no excuses about materiel or workers, and though we were given a 3-4 week time slot, Scott told us that if he had a cancellation he would give us the choice of taking the spot. They had a cancellation, and we jumped at the spot.We now have an awesome deck and if we need anything else done, JSS is going to be the people we call.Thank you Scott for running a great company, Keeli for being so easy to deal with and pleasant on the phones, and thank you to the awesome guys (4 of them) who showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. All the guys were polite and neat; left our back yard the way they found it, but with a new deck!

We had JSS1. Remove and replace about 600 square feet of sun floor.2. Install vinyl plank flooring.We went out for bids on both of these jobs. JSS was the best bid both times.Working with Scott gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing!Keeli at the office was top notch, she kept us updated on the timing of both projects.But let me tell you about the outstanding professionals that work with Scott!! There were two different crews. The gentlemen that replaced the subfloor were fast and efficient. They were always concerned about us as we were living in the construction zone, very thoughtful! The gentlemen would installed the flooring were true craftsman, perfectionists!!We are so please with how we were treated and the work that was done for us, if we have more projects we will have them do it, no competitive bids, they are that good!!BevLargo Fl

Replaced deck flooring; communications very good with office and keeping us abreast of status of materials ordered and work schedule. Installers were excellent - professional, helpful, and good quality work. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy throughout the installation process.

I highly recommend JSS Property Professionals. The owner came to look at and discuss the project. He was very informative, took needed measurements himself and provided me with a fair project cost in a timely manner. Workers not only did exceptional quality work but made sure after each day that the work site was picked up, swept up and clean. Workers were personable and cared about making sure things were satisfactory. I will definatly contact them if a need arises. Well done!

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I live in Clearwater/largo and have a foot bridge that needed repair. It took me a while to find JSS - but I am so very glad I did. They came out, gave a fair estimate and by a sheer stroke of luck - were able to schedule the job quickly. The crew was professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The lead carpenter was AMAZING. Funny, kind, helpful. They went above and beyond to be certain the bridge is safe, durable, etc.and the office staff, Keeli was always kind, efficient, super helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HOPE I WILL GET TO USE THEM AGAIN FOR MORE HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

UPDATE: I liked them so much I hired them to work on my other property too.Original Review: I highly recommend JSS...they repaired my second floor deck/balcony. It looks brand new. I am so very pleased with everything. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with from the office staff (Keeli) to the owner and the on-site contractor. They worked in a very difficult to reach location and they were all very conscientious. I cant say enough.
