    Called, answered our call immediately the day after Christmas. Was out of town on vacation but corresponded via text while he was away. He came out early as soon as he got back in town. Fixed the issue and offered various solutions for future needs. Tyler was professional, polite, knowledgeable, has great working equipment. We will certainly use him if the need arises in the future.

    Tyler was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job! There were a number of issues with my pipes and not only had the tools to correct my issues, he took care of each. With his camera system I was able to see what was going on in my pipes and he let me know what he was going to do to fix the issues.I would 100% recommend Tyler and his company to anyone. Amazing service!

    Our toilet wasnt flowing well and the water was backing up. We were really nervous we wouldnt find anyone available before Thanksgiving but Tyler got us fixed up the same day we called. Super speedy service, and very nice!Well be using him in the future!

    We had a plugged bathroom sink drain. Tyler came out within a few hours of when I called and had it fixed within about half an hour! He also took some extra time to take care of the roots growing in our pipes using his camera and chain system! Great service! I couldnt ask for more.

    Tyler is incredible. We own a mobile home and had an issue where both toilets and the bath and shower were backed up. I called a few other plumbers, and they wouldnt touch working on a mobile home. When speaking to Tyler, he said Ill take a look at it, and then he pursued the problem until he found a solution. In all, this took about 2.5 hrs. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. I will definitely be calling Tyler if I have any plumbing issues again and I highly recommend anyone to work with him.

    Tyler showed up to clear a sewer line clog at our home first thing Tuesday, even though we had just called Monday afternoon. He was a huge life-saver, especially considering the short notice. Whats more, he took the extra time to be sure we were totally cleared, from the interior pipes all the way to the sewer. He showed me everything on the video scope, so now Im sure the pipes are looking great! I recommend give him a call!

    I had roots cleaned from my sewer line by a different company one month ago. At that time, that company told me there was no way to clean my line to its full diameter due to access problems. Tyler came to discuss options for repairing the sewer line, but while he was there, he showed me the root issue with his line camera. He has newer rooting equipment, and was quickly able to clean my line to its full diameter (for the same price), and showed me the results on camera. 100% worth choosing Free Flow.

    The way Tyler just said yes, I can be there in 45 minutes was such a huge relief. Our basement kitchenette had flooded and while I managed to keep my ish together long enough to clean things up, I had no idea what to do next. I called several plumbing companies in Laramie only to be met with a big fat no and no additional resources or suggestions. Being a first time homeowner in this town is massively discouraging sometimes, though certainly grateful to be as much. Anywho, Tyler truly came in clutch.     Alex and I really appreciate the work done by Free Flow! We dropped a toothbrush in the toilet and couldn’t get it out ourselves no matter what we did. He fixed it in no time and left us with the toilet just like it was. Definitely calling him next time something happens :)

    I had water coming up through a floor drain and shower drain in my basement. I called and Tyler immediately answered. He was here in about an hour. Pulled a toilet, scoped with a camera, found roots, chopped up roots, reinstalled the toilet, and cleaned up. Extremely professional, clean, and thorough. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

    Efficient, effective, prompt, and professional. I requested Tyler come out to inspect the sluggish 60+ year old drains under my house. He scoped out everything from the street to the toilet seat and showed me on his color tv screen where potentially catastrophic blockages were developing. Once he had identified the problem areas, he was able to remove all signs of buildup and restore the system to 100% effectiveness from the access point in the front yard. No mess or fuss inside the house and I got to watch his work on the monitor. Highly recommended for routine inspection and maintenance of your drainage system to prevent flooding nightmares.
