    Great company!My husband and I have had many different companies out for various projects at our house over the years and the exterior zone is by far the best company we have hired to do work for us. They are a company who truly cares about you as a client and their roofing work is incredible. All of the workers who worked on our roof were very polite and professional. Dillon the owner was very attentive especially when unexpected issues with our roof came up. We will definitely hire them for any work we may need in the future on other projects!Cant recommend them enough!!!!

    Water was getting into my air ducts via a water leak around my roof...Dillion came out the same day after hours to inspect. Dillion was able to get me an estimate the next day and the work was completed within a few days. The online estimate, appointment setting and text message alerts were fantastic! Dillion and his associates were so professional and went above and beyond that my neighbor is having him do some work on her house too! Awesome company and work ethic...highly recommend!!!UPDATE 4/19/21Dillion and his team came back and did the roof and rear gutters on my Moms house which is next door to mine...every single detail from the inspection, quote, Dillion working with insurance company, repair and follow up were fantastic...Dillion and his team are the best in the business and then some!Update 10/1/24Dillion, Chris, and crew did it again!     Finally!!! We have found a company that cares about their workmanship and reputation!!! We were beyond pleased with Exterior Zone and would recommend them in a heartbeat!Impressed from the start by Dillon, not only because he responded immediately to my voice mail, but because he also showed up and on time for our appointment- almost unheard of these days. He sat down with us and went over every detail of how the job would proceed, the pricing, and even helped us pick the colors. He answered every question and was very thorough. Dillon sincerely wants his customers to be 100% satisfied.As the job proceeded there were a few minor issues, as there always will be, and Dillon was always available and responsive. For example, one time there was a delay and he sent out a video to his customers showing us exactly what was going on and explaining the delay. That was so helpful because, to me, there is nothing worse than wondering what is going on and not getting any answers. Dillon kept us in the loop every step of the way.The crew were great also! Always on time, friendly, polite and professional!     Im incredibly pleased with the work by the Exterior Zone. They did a great job fitting me into their schedule. We had a series of weather delays, but the communication was great.     A coworker of mine recommended The Exterior Zone to me for some work we needed done on our house. We had a fairly large project that required three different teams to come out to work on our house. All team members were extremely professional. We were always informed when they would be coming. Our project manager Chris was great and always made sure we were satisfied with the work. He was very meticulous and ensured things were done correctly and to his standards. Our house looks like a new house again. We would definitely use the Exterior Zone again for any future project.

    Hired them for an insurance calm.     I’d absolutely recommend The Exterior Zone to anyone who values superior customer service, quality craftsmanship and efficiency. I called Dillon out to replace a piece of siding that blew off my house after a strong wind storm. Within 3 days, he had ordered the material and was at my house to successfully complete the repair. Dillon kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He even touched up some of my exterior trim and helped me place spare siding in my attic. The entire experience was very professional.     Exterior Zone repaired a large window problem and replaced the vinyl siding on the front of our home with Hardie siding. Chris who was the project manager, kept us updated on all aspects of the work and schedule. Everyone was very quick to respond to our questoins and calls and were definitely focused on customer satisfaction.Josh and Rob who were on site each day did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have on the job site.I was mostly impressed with their attention to detail, no shortcuts, and thoroughness to cleaning up at the end of each day. I know that I do not need to worry about the quality of the work.it was great to have a company so committed to doing a project the right way and ensuring the customer was 100% satisfied with the end product.     Dillon just completed a repair project on our chimney and roof and it looks great. He worked safely and expertly. He is doing a new project for some exterior trim replacement and attic ventilation next week for us.We called Dillon because he did previous work for us on siding and gutters. His price is always fair, he does quality work, and he shows up on time. He communicates every step along the way from quote to completion and also provides pictures of progress. He uses quality materials and explains the steps and reason for each repair.We have been very satisfied with his work and plan to continue to use him for other projects in the future.     I am a new home owner and found my roof and gutters needing to be redone.     Walking up the driveway, it dawned on me that my 40-something-year-old house has never looked better and it’s due in large part to Dillon from ‘The Exterior Zone.’ He is responsible for a number of projects I could never have done myself. I stumbled on one of his ads a few years ago while looking for someone to replace rotten fascia board all the way around the house.That turned out great. So when I needed a new roof last year, his estimate was one of three I pursued. Dillon got the job again because his proposal was the most thorough and addressed issues the other guys failed to see.The new roof looked so good, I immediately wanted new gutters. Dillon made that happen too. And just recently, he replaced an entry door that had been driving me nuts for almost a decade. Another stellar job. It can be difficult to find contractors who are competent, conscientious and trustworthy. Dillon is all of those things and a pleasure to work with as well.After years of watching him on the job, I know he won’t be done until it’s done right. If I decide to get new siding someday, I will make just one call.Thanks for everything Dillon!

    I had two garage door openers installed on my new home. The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy. I inquired about the job and got recommendations for openers that would fit my needs. I didnt even have to purchase the openers myself, they took care of everything for me. The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He helped me to decide where I should put the control pads and openers. The job was completed quickly and the tech explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend using The Exterior Zone.     I called because of leak, which turned out to be coming from the skylight. Dillon, himself, came out to cover it so it wouldnt cause more damage. Put me on the schedule for repair, but it rained that day. Called and explained why there was going to be delay. His guys came out 3 days later, replaced skylight and did the other work that was part of the estimate. His guys were very courteous, went above and beyond what I expected...if I have any other issues, will definitely use them again

    I started refinishing my deck. Then when I pulled back some outside baseboard I found a lot of water damage into the house and around a sliding door.     I found this company through Home Depots Pro Referreral Service. I hit the jackpot! Dillon contacted me and shortly thereafter we met for a consultation regarding my gutter issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about gutters and showed empathy while listening to me. Shortly thereafter, he offered a proposaland I signed on the dotted line. A month later, my project was done and it is beautiful, if you can imagine gutters looking beautiful. Nick suggested a darker color of gutter which matches my window frames. (It was a great idea and wish I would of thought of it!) The new gutters were installed on my 2-story home, front and back of the house. I asked for hinged, downspout extensions and gutter guards. I also wanted some reconfiguration of the gutter & downspout on the front of my home. Everthng was done by the Team with ease. Uncle Rick (who seemed to really enjoy his job) and fellas were a pleasure to meet. All were friendly and very professional. They never took a break--working hard from the time they arrived at my home. AND, there was absolutely no mess left behind. This company takes great pride in doing a great job for their client. When you meet Nick, you will feel a trust and honesty that we all look for when looking to hire a company for your particular project.

Even though they were busy they fit me in within a very reasonable time I also noticed a little piece of shingle in my yard and asked Dillon if they could look at my roof while they were here and he said they would. Im glad they did because I ended up having four failed shingles which the guys repaired for me at a very reasonable price. Within a little more than an hour both repairs were made. I have had The Exterior Zone do a repair for me in the past and because of the professionalism, expertise, and quality of work I of course called them for this repair. I trust these guys with my home needs and you can too. I appreciate you all, thank you very much for buttoning me up before the weather got too bad.
