    It is not very often you find a company that is truly willing to listen to customer thoughts and ideas. This is a company that does!Our bill price was LOWERED (that never happens) due to this companies employees willing to think out of the box. They cleaned up beautifully, were very kind and polite through the entire process of their work. This is a very rare commodity these days.We would not hesitate to call them again.

    Kyle was very knowledgeable and explained all the work in detail and provided some options to move ahead. We had some very old landscape lighting and he was able to clean up and modernize all the fixtures and bulbs - now they look great! A couple fixtures inside were not working and he reviewed those with me as well to fix/replace them. I asked for suggestions on some other lighting around the house and he described a few different solutions for the next round of updates. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

    Great communication and timely service. Alec was our technician and he was prompt, direct, and transparent about every step. We had a fan installed and a diagnosis on a ring doorbell, both were treated with care and consideration. Friendly and supportive staff all around!

    We were very please with Kyle and the work done at our place.     It was a pleasure to have Alec respond to our call for help. After explaining our situation Alec quickly determined the cause and made the required repair. After reviewing our homes electrical status he presented us with an electrical update on our homes wiring. Should I choose I can update some things in addition to having the repair completed that we first called for.Alec was cordial, knowledgeable, concise and neat in his work, certainly an asset to Wes Carver Electrical.

You know who is coming you know when they’re coming you have pictures of who they are and their truck and then when they come in, they are kind and professional and expert at what they do.     Professional, friendly and respectful. Total price was in writing before any work began, there is no added or extra charges after the job is started.     Using Wes Carver electric was the best decision I made for my electric car charger. Greg was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. The costs were competitive and included permitting and inspection. There is no better way to get a charger installed by a Tesla certified installer. Would use again in a heartbeat.

    Greg and Dakota exceeded my expectations by far. I had to replace an EV charger that got fried due to a power surge, and also wanted a whole house surge protector to prevent in the future. I found Wes Carver on google and given the reviews decided to try them. I’m very glad I did. First they told me that they’d be here at 7 AM and that I’d get a text taking me to a tracker. I thought yeah, right! But sure enough at a little after 6 AM I got a text with the tracker showing them on the way…and they arrived at 7 AM on the dot. Both were very friendly (my senior Golden Retriever made very good friends with Dakota…I think he would have gone home with him if he could have!). Greg explained the whole process to me, told me about the warranties, etc. They then did an inspection to look for any safety issues…very thorough. Greg explained that he’d price out everything (even the unrelated issues I had) and give me options. For now I just opted for my original request…there was absolutely no hard sell to get the other stuff done today. They started working on the EV charger and surge protector. They were very efficient…got everything done quickly. There was a problem installing the charger—Amazon sent me a Tesla cable instead of a J1772 that I ordered. Greg and Dakota waited patiently with me until I squared away everything with Amazon, showed me how to change the cable when it arrives, and offered their help if I have issues with it when it arrives.I will be going back to Wes Carver for all of my electric now. This is how every contractor that comes to your house should be! Just top notch!

    So happy we had Kyle for our service call. He has great reviews and is very friendly and knowledgable. Had serious issues with circuit breaker. After 24 hours and no show of different service co, I called WC and had service in a few hours. No pressure , he reviewed the whole house , made recommendations. He fixed our main issue and will be back in a few days to update our 40+ year old panel. I highly recommend this company. They use texting to keep in touch. Would use again.     Team showed up on time and ready to work. Installation was completed is just under 3 hrs and looks very professional.     To begin with, from my initial contact with Wes Carver Electric through job completion, I received excellent customer service. The scheduling process was seamless and the Electrician (Alec) showed up on time on the scheduled date for my initial consultation. He was professional in all aspects of the word. He respected my property, was clear and concise about the involvement of the work that I wanted to have done and he had a bottom-line estimate completed for me before he left my house. After deciding to have this company complete the work for me, I contacted the scheduler and within minutes had a firm date that worked perfectly around my schedule. Alec showed up on time on the scheduled date and he worked non-stop until the job was completed (5-hour job). After completion, he walked me through all the steps he took to complete the work and he made sure I understood everything he completed. To close this review, I want to say that at the onset of this project I contacted three other electrical contractors for estimates. One of them never called me back. Another tried to upsell me a lot of additional work that I didnt want or need and the third took 2 weeks to get back to me with their estimate. Wes Carver Electric was at my house in two days reviewing the work I wanted to have done and preparing my estimate. Although they may not be the least expensive electrical contractor around, you will get a professional and no-nonsense job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    We needed to find an electrician to install a replacement ceiling fan. Typically, when I use a business for home repair, I like to start with something small. How well it goes helps me determine if I will use that business for more substantial repairs. We haven’t needed an electrician in over 15 years so I spent some time reviewing comments on various sites. I came up with Wes Carver Electric. The reviews overall were good and I felt comfortable reaching out and requesting the installation.Sam arrived within the provided timeframe. Plus prior to arrival you get a message of when his estimated arrival time will be with his name and photo. A definite plus.He was extremely friendly and personable. Sam started by reviewing to see if there were any other electronic needs in my home. Now I hesitate to say this, but I want people to understand. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics used during this time. If there was, I would’ve probably asked him to leave. Most of what we discussed were items that I wanted to have taken care of later in the year. After I explained this to him he ended up drawing up three proposals based on my information and his observations. These included cost figures. I had previously reviewed my needs online along with estimated costs. His numbers fell right into line with my expectations.He then installed the ceiling fan after providing me the price of installation. It went very smoothly and Sam completely cleaned up everything and removed it to his truck.We tentatively discussed a time frame for when I want the other work done. I will absolutely use Wes Carver Electric for any of my future electric needs.

    End to end, a perfect customer experience. Needed to replace a 30 year old 200a panel and update supply to the house, and install a 50a EV plug. Easily chatted on their website to setup a consultation. That was 1 week ago, today I have a new panel! Each showed me the completed work and we were able to verify the results. They cleaned up all work areas and left our house in great shape.     Great company and even better service. We had a lot of work done to our new home. Jason and John were great! Jason came out to the house for an estimate and then we contracted for two days of work. John joined him on one of these days. They did excellent work, were on time, cleaned everything, explained everything, gave options along the way and did not take any short cuts. They were extremely polite to my entire family, (including my two little dogs). Jason, specifically was very patient and knowledgeable about electrical safety, which is very important to a pregnant soon to be mom.     The entire experience was excellent - from calling to ask for an estimate to paying the bill, the team at Wes Carver made it easy.They made recommendations, but didn’t push when I declined most of them. They did an excellent job at a good price. We had a ceiling fan installed, recessed lighting installed, a chandelier replaced with an overhead light and some re-wiring of some light switches.Andrew and Alex were great too.     Kyle, Jr. was my tech who did an awesome job with our landscape lighting. I was a little concerned since he appears to be very young but he quickly changed my mind when he displayed skill and knowledge well beyond what I imagined. He ran the job with 2 interns and together they made sure everything was working properly and clean up everything before leaving. In all I was impressed and pleased. I would definitely call Wes Carver Electric for any other needs in the future.

    Another great experience with Wes Carver Electric! Top notice from the beginning! A text with the electricians photo and name was sent when he was in route. Greg went through our electric though out the house, gave us a written full diagnostic report of our home and areas that need to be address now and items that can wait. I liked the the green, yellow and red light version. easy to understand! After our consultation, he gave several different quotes and appreciated and listened to my concerns. Greg was dressed appropriately in a clean company uniform and took proper Covid precautions. The experience with Greg was very typical of what I have come to expect from Wes Carver Electric! All their employees are highly knowledgeable, listen to your concerns and offer affordable solutions.

    They were great with scheduling and very honest and up front when giving a quote. We had a technician come out to install a direct line for our garage. He ran in to some unforeseen issues running the line but was able to work through the problems and get tue job done!     We just had landscape lighting installed in the front of the house by Wes Carver Electrical. Jason and John arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, organized, and made sure they did not track dirt into the house when they needed to access the electrical box. It was a solid two days of work. There were a few parts of the system that needed tweaking at the end and Jason returned to adjust the lighting to our satisfaction. It was nice to know that customer service and satisfaction is not a thing of the past! Thanks Jason and John for a terrific job.
