    We originally got a quote of over $10,000 to repair the steps in the picture. After calling around 20 different companies, iFixit was the only one who said they would be able to fix it. They did it for a third of the cost and did an amazing job too. They were in constant communication with me and made everything very simple. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

    After having our above ground pool taken down, I contracted iFixit Handyman Services to remove the sand base, add about 2” of top soil to level the area even with the surrounding yard, packed the topsoil with a heavy roller and seeded. They covered with straw which I will rake and discard after the seeds germinate and grass is 3” to 4” high.The landscaping crew worked efficiently to complete the work. They were respectful of the property, taking care not to disrupt the yard area between the truck and main work area. Great job. I highly recommend.

    Afonso and his crew came out and took on my family and my house painting project they were so thorough and had high attention to detail and it showed in the quality of work they painted the house and built us a new landing and steps he also made sure my house was water tight etc I highly recommend them for your house projects and renovations

    I hired Alfonso and his crew to do a small bathrooms tile job. Once talking with Alfonso, I discovered that his company does a multitude of other types of construction work. When I saw the beautiful tile job his company did, I inquired about exterior house painting. I was frustrated after several different contractors either did not show up to do the work, or their prices were exorbitant. Alfonsos crew started immediately, priced fairly, showed up on time every day, did an outstanding job with both the prep work and the finish product! I highly recommend Alfonso and his crew for any job you might have. Tgey are a great, very hard working crew. 5 stars! I will be using him again.

    IFixits owner Jose Alfonzo and every team he assembled for his company did an outstanding job on every single project for a house that had been neglected for decades. So there was so much the house needed. Well done (the first time!) and reliable repairs and construction for seemingly everything. When Alfonzo could not solve a problem, he found and supervised others who could. How amazing and rare nowadays!

    My experience with I fix it was awesome!!! I called them for an estimate two weeks ago for exterior door installation. They responded within an hour. I called back to see if they had an available appointment, and they booked me for the next day. They came and installed 2 doors in less than 2 hrs!!!! My doors look amazing, I will be booking an appointment next month for 2 more doors. Thank you for your prompt response and quality work.

    We talked with several contractors for our bathroom remodel, but had trouble finding someone to do what we wanted for a reasonable price. Finally we found iFixIt who was able to do everything we wanted and provided some excellent design ideas and the price was great.The project was completed timely (much faster than we expected) and the work was impeccable. We are very happy with our new bathroom and have a couple of additional projects for iFixIt scheduled in the near future.

    We had a mailbox installed. Christine was a pleasure to work with while we coordinated the service, and Alfonso was wonderful during the work. They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly and handled the installation easily. Alfonso was careful during his work and left the work area clean. He broke down the cardboard packaging and left it so that we could easily recycle. Our new mailbox is beautiful, and we highly recommend iFixit Handyman Service.

    Called on a short notice to get a broken attic ladder/trapdoor replaced. The crew manager was immediately responsive with a reasonable quote. The technicians came the next day and did a beautiful job within the agreed timeframe. Highly recommend Alfonso’s team! 5 ⭐️

    I have used these guys twice and both times they did a great, efficient job; super friendly and professional! UPDATE - the original post from last year was for a very minor job. Last month we hired iFixIt to completely replace our master bathroom. I was expecting the usual contractor job of a few guys doing everything and that the job would take about 4-6 weeks. Instead, iFixIt had TEAMS who specialized in each facet of the job (carpenter, plumber, tile work, painting, cleaning etc) who rotated through and did pretty much the whole job in 8 DAYS (minus the custom shower doors, which was done by another business). The guys ALL worked incredibly hard and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service we got as well as the finished product, which is fantastic. The price was quite reasonable, so great news on that front as well. Thanks very much to Alfonso and team for helping us!

    Wall AC died in the middle of a heat wave. Finding a new unit was easy, but installing it myself was out of the question. I called literally a half-dozen handymen, and none of them were available until the following week. Called iFixit, and they installed the new unit the same day! Workers were expedient and friendly while installing an air conditioner in 90+ weather. Price was great too. Glorious!

    This is the second time I have used IFIXIT, and both times I have been extremely satisfied. They did some outside trim repair, replaced a door sweep, installed a tub grab bar and installed a shutter. All work was done correctly, on time, and at a reasonable price. I will use them again and highly recommend.

    I had another contractor come to my house . Did not finish my bathroom i heard about this contractor threw a good friend they did her entire bathroom . And wow when i saw it was great and finished it on time .MY guy was at my bathroom did not finish and did not do it to my satisfacion . Alfonso came saw it and they finished it and if i knew then earlier i would of hired him . The truth is you get what u pay for i thought i was saving money w first guy nope not good . I am glad we found alfonso and his guys . Will always recomend him for any type of job.

    Our storm door opened the wrong way. I called a company I had used for a very large job (a deck and new windows throughout the house) and after months of being basically ignored (I guess this job wasn’t big enough for them) I saw that a friend on Facebook recommended ifixit, so I gave them a call. Within a few hours they were at my house and flipped the door so that it opened the correct way. They were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. Unlike the other company, ifixit will have a repeat customer in me. Thank you!

    I had a leak that dripped thru the kitchen ceiling from my shower above. My plumber said to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling. I called iFixit and he came over on a late Friday afternoon and cut the hole that exposed the leaky pipe. Good guy and good worker. Thanks.

    Expert quality installation of a kitchen floor with an innovative approach to a floor leveling problem (see photo). Afonso and his team provided the solution for redoing my kitchen floors without my guidance. They completed the installation in two days which was exactly as promised and scheduled.
