Called for routine emptying of septic. Got an appointment a few weeks out. Trucker/Employee, Chris, was very professional and personable. First time emptying at my new residence and he gave me helpful hints as to maintenance. Hes defiitely an asset to the Company. Will be calling Bershire-Pittsfield Septic, for routine cleaning needed in the future.

Berkshire Septic arrived at my house for a blocked sewer pipe and stayed until the job was done. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The job was very difficult and the temperatures were freezing. They arrived when scheduled, and were honest about when they could come. They wore masks and were socially distant. The price was reasonable for all the time that was spent fixing the problem. Although I don’t want to see them again, I’m glad I waited for their great professional service.

Called this company for an MA Title V on a property I was selling. There were some issues with the septic that we needed to handle to get it to pass, but Dutch and his team were with me every step of the way. They had great communication, recommended some great subcontractors when we ran into challenges, and got the job done quickly for a fair price.I would 100% use them again, and recommend them to anyone needing a septic inspection, pumping, or maintenance.

When my septic had issues due to a faulty installation job by a company that basically took the money and disappeared, these guys came to my rescue. They spent days in the sweltering heat to figure out the issues, digging up areas, researching the septic diagram with the city and finding out it was not accurate, installing a new pump, explaining everything the company who originally installed it did wrong and how this company made it right, etc. I would not call anyone else for septic issues.

Booked and showed up quickly to do a routine septic pump. There was a mistake made during the service and we contacted the office. The owner promptly responded to us and our issue was quickly resolved. Professional and courteous.

Paul and Mark were efficient, kind, funny patient with questions, great at explaining and very very reasonably priced, especially considering the same day response and the length of time they spent. Extremely knowledgeable about the possible causes of a slow moving system. Having B-P back to do our Title V inspection.Very highly recommended

They help is a lot! Unlike a few other places that basically ripped us off. Berkshire septic took the time to explain every thing about septic tanks to my husband. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. Reasonably priced. Cheaper than some other places.

This place is very professionalWe have issues with r septic tank that requires an engineer and they r handling all of the leg work. They r lining up the engineer company and also were able to come out and pump r tank the same day that they stopped by r house to get the paperwork for the engineer.

Called Berkshire Septic. They were availablealthough challenge ,to clear our backed up drain . Very old plumbing ,cast iron pipe.. Wont tell of cause but people need not to flush items in a toilet. To Dave ,Dan ,And Dutch . The 3 musketeers of drain cleaning.
