    Great experience from beginning to end. Called EOG Friday morning within 40 minutes they arrived, Jesse did an amazing job, he figured out the problem with heater no matter how ling it took he was determined to fix it and ge did!!! Not sure how many companies would have stayed and figured the problem out but I cant say enough how wonderful this company is. I highly recommend them for anyone who has any heater issues.

    These guys are great, I called at 7 am and by 1030 my sink was fixed. Chrome faucet, no plastic. Worth every penny, will recommend and use again in the future.

    Had a pipe burst during winter. They were the only ones to actually answer/call us back to get a plumber out right away. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the plumbers have been friendly and professional. During the entire time it took us to repair damages, EOG did their part in a timely manner. From the initial pipe burst, to them re-routing our pipes to bathroom, to hooking up our new vanity…they were the only good thing to happen. Jesse, the plumber that helped us out from the beginning has been the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable person! 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

    EOG is an awesome and trustworthy, professional plumber! Have used EOG in the past for a bathroom addition and we were extremely pleased with the final project . Now, EOG has saved us from a broken air conditioning system which another company misdiagnosed, as well as a replacement well water holding tank which failed the following week. Reasonably priced, always timely, job done right , grateful for honest and quality work!

    I needed a hot water heater and furnace inspection on a rental unit done with short notice and EOG was able to get it done that same afternoon.     Very professional and personable.I had a plumbing issue, and their guys,Jesse and one other guy, were at my house within a few hours to fix it!I also had an issue with my hot water heater, at 9pm, and Mary answered the phone, ready to help! She had Jesse call me back immediately. He walked me through everything over the phone, and got me back up and running so I wouldnt have to wait until the next day!     I can not say enough about this company they were fantastic. I had my hot water heater go. They were on it from my first phone call. They helped me from start to finish. Every encounter either in person or on the phone was positive! The entire staff were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My new hot water heater was in the next day! They figured out any problems and I had them. I am now getting hot water and no problems with my plumbing thanks to EOG plumbing and heating.     Wow, this was a great experience! I knew that my old oil furnace was starting to fail. I did a Google search for HVAC install near me and EOG came up first in the search. Since they are practically right around the corner from my house, I decided to get a price and talk to them. Jesse came out on Thursday checked my current system and explained the install of a completely new HVAC system. He also explained the removal process of the old system. I also inquired about the removal of an old electric water heater that was no longer used. They did an oil to gas conversion. Friday morning came and the crew was there bright and early to get working. When I got home from work on Friday everything was done and running. All the old equipment was removed and taken away.They took care of all the permits, clean up, Buena inspections and everything. Jesse and Josh did an absolutely awesome job and theyll be my go to for any future needs in their area of expertise. Mary, in the office, communicated with me along every step of the way in the process. The one bonus that Jesse did was build me an air filter box outside of the furnace. This makes changing the air filter super easy and simple for me to do. It was such a pain in the you know what with my old furnace. The unit they installed is super quiet and I love it!

    EOG arrived within the time frame given. The service man answered all my questions cordially. He used newer technology in the repair and assured me it would work well on my system. 1 year parts and labor is what he warrenteed. He also said he would email me a quote for approval on a different concern. That was two days ago and Im sure that quote is forthcoming. Interestingly I happened to ask him about his business and in the process I came to realize how much in common we had. You cant imagine but what I will say is before he departed I was left with the impression that every customer he deals with would probably feel blessed for having had EOG on site.

    We were freezing in our house because our furnace stopped working. It was about 30 degrees so we were desperate for heat! Jesse came asap, diagnosed our problem, and had our part the next day.     I have a hybrid heat pump that was purchased in No ember and still under warranty. The unit could not be serviced by the seller (blue colored, large home improvement store) and EOG stepped up. Other local plumbers were hesitant to perform a service on my hybrid heater, but EOG had no problem pairing me with the right technician for my job. My technician, Jesse, arrived on time, was informative about his process and professional in his service. Thanks to him, the fix was done correctly and efficiently. Hopefully no other issues arise, but if they do, EOG will be the company I call.

    We had our HVAC system replaced and a tankless hot water heater installed in December of 2021, by EOG. The tankless hot water heater was defective from the start. The Navien Company was no help. Jessie, the owner, replaced multiple parts and still in July of 23, the tank was failing yet again! Jessie and Mary remained steadfast in their resolve to replace the defective tankless hot water heater, as soon as possible.Jessie, always, was pleasant, a smile on his face, clean, respectful and arrived in a timely fashion. (Believe me-he was at our home many times due to the defective hot water heater.)He and his wife Mary are helpful, friendly, professional and possess the utmost honor and integrity. The company’s prices are extremely competitive and the service is unparalleled. You will not regret using them for your plumbing and HVAC needs.
