We had fantastic service from Advanced Septic Services! Our septic had been acting up. I called and they were able to get to us the very next day. The price for cleaning our 2 tanks was more than fair! We also discovered that our pump needed to be replaced. They had a pump installed for us that same day! This is a family owned business, run by wonderful people who bend over backwards to make sure that your septic needs are met and their prices are fair and affordable. I highly recommend their services!

We are very thankful to Advanced Septic Services Out of Landisburg.Finally putting an end to our septic nightmare.The very last bad part of our plumbing system was this maybe 15 section of Orangeburg pipe, from the house to the septic tank. It has been outliving its lifespan for some time.We are thankful for their being incredibly professional, doing every single thing correctly and getting it all done in just about 4 hours.They even scheduled us, in under 3 weeks and knocked it out the Monday after Christmas!We would recommend them for repair as well as septic pumping.

Our septic alarm went off at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Advanced Septic was at our house by 1:30 pm the next day and found the culprit...the septic pump needed to be replaced. I am grateful for their fast service and getting us back up and running in the house so quickly. Thanks guys!

The entire experience was outstanding. The representative who scheduled my septic system to be pumped was very kind and had someone come out within a week. Other companies I contacted scheduled me months out! The gentleman with the pump truck arrived on time and had the job done fast. Mike was extremely polite and professional answering all questions I had regarding my septic system. The price was very responsible and I will definitely be utilizing Advanced Septic Services in the future! THANK YOU!!!

Mike was the technician that provided our services this morning. He was on time, professional, kind, and did a fantastic job. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on products or tried to convince us that our septic system was not functioning properly (as other companies have done). Office staff is very courteous and helpful. The trucks and workers are clean. I had an appointment to get my system pumped, and then the contractor paving my driveway moved his schedule earlier on me unexpectedly. I informed Advanced that I would have to reschedule for months later as I was advised to keep heavy trucks off of the fresh driveway for as long as possible. They were able to shift things around and get me in next day!! Im sure that they cant always do that, but to be willing at all is good customer service. The men that came were very professional. When I asked if there was anything else I could do to prolong the life of the system, they had some practical advise. They also offered me two products that would help me out, but were not being salesmen trying to up-sell me in any way. This was the second time I have had them pump my system, and I think they are the only ones I will be calling from now on. A+ guys.

5 stars !! very professional team. While our mason was working on an outside project, our sewer back up on his work site. We called Advanced and they came out the same day, diagnosed the issues with cameras. We had broken old pipes and tree roots growing in the pipes. They fixed the issues right away and worked closely with our mason. Wonderful guys, Honest and fast working team !! Will definitely use them again in the future !!!

Itten Dojo is a martial arts school, located in Mechanicsburg. We’ve used Advanced Septic Systems on multiple occasions for rental of portable toilets and handwashing stations, usually to support special events such as seminars when the number of participants would overwhelm the capacity of our single restroom. This week we had a plumbing emergency, and Advanced Septic Systems was able to respond immediately to our call, delivering and placing a portable toilet well before the start of classes that day. Realized unexpectedly that I needed my septic system pumped. Called at 1:45pm and the truck pulled into my driveway at 2:30pm. Wow....talk about a fast response. Guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and made quick work of pumping out all 3 tanks. Would highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future when needed.
