    Medina completely removed my roof. Decking and all and replaced it with radiant barrier decking and new shingles. Him and his crew are very professional. They clean up all debris and was quick but also very thorough. I have Alain seen many other roofs he has completed and they all look beautiful. I have no complaints and will and have recommended him to anyone that I know needs a roof evaluation. Thank you Medina for being an honest contractor.

    So far so good, working on getting bids and getting the project started. Hes professional and responsive. Ensures I know what needs to get done with the project I want.     I had a very good experience working with Medina Construction. They made the process so easy and hassle free. We got a quick response when we called them to come out and inspect the damage. Owner and his team were very professional and informative. Dealing with an insurance claims is never easy and his team explained every step and also keep me in the loop.     After having another roofer require half down and not communicate for over a week, I contacted Medina Roofing. Marcial showed up early for our appointment and by the time I arrived, had already been up on the roof and assessed the situation. He knew I was on a tight schedule and did everything he could to accommodate a quick turn around. The original roofer finally reappeared and completed the work, but it was incredibly stressful.     Shopping for a new roof is not ordinarily high on my list of favorite chores, but Medina Construction made the process so easy! Marcial explained things to me that I didnt even know to ask. They submitted the most professional comprehensive bid Ive ever seen from a roofing contractor- every detail was clearly quoted. The shingle I wanted was not readily available; one company told me you couldnt get that color in this area. Medina Construction got exactly the shingle I asked for and in a very short time! I hope I never need another roof, but if I do, there is only one call I will make and it will be to Medina Construction. I also plan to have them re-roof a garage and storage shed later this year and intend to discuss some remodeling projects I have in mind.

    Medina construction fixed my roof after last years hail storm in the Sachse/Wylie area. His crew was superb and they had the job done in about a day...a large project!     After the severe storms ripped through the Dallas (and Lancaster) areas, my home sustained roof leaks in more than one spot. I called Medina Construction & Roofing and they promptly inspected the complete roof, sent me photos and offered very sound repair options.     I cannot say enough about Medina Construction & Roofing they came out for an initial inspection of my property and found over $3K in damages that the insurance adjuster missed. They did all the repairs and took care of dealing with the insurance company. We ended up with a new roof with radiant barrier plywood, new lifetime laminated shingles, new gutters, new paint and various window repairs. I was very impressed with all the repairs and quality of the work I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Medina came into our home to install new carpet throughout our entire house. Even having to move beds and furniture, they were finished in less than 8 hours for four bed rooms, halls and closets. They did an amazing job and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Medina to everyone!

    Had a car drive into my garage and even knocked a wall off the foundation. I found Marceal on Yelp. He is very professional and always gave me updates on next steps and delays (caused by city for permits). The work included Foundation, frame, electrical, plumbing, stucco repairs and painting at least. The work they completed was of high quality and when they say theyre coming on this day, they some up. Even on some weekends !

    I am a real estate professional and work with contractors all the time. Medina has surpassed my expectations with reasonable prices and superior workmanship on recent contracts. I have submitted plans to Medina that I thought were sensible, and Medina is the only contractor that appears to know which plans are good, which one are not good, and which ones wont pass code. Medina looks at your plans and often suggests improves upon them for lower cost or better construction. In the future, Medina will be on my first-string contractors for home improvement proposals.

    After several hail storms and declines from insurance I met Marcial and called him out after another bad storm. He was very helpful with the insurance claim process and showed up to meet inspector. He pointed out all the damage and my roof was finally covered. I had new radiant barrier plywood installed per his recommendation ( it made a huge difference in the homes comfort) and upgraded shingles. They did a great job and in a timely matter.

    Not only did they replace our roof, they also added a covered patio, and recently renovated our primary bath. I already knew they do outstanding work, but the bathroom is stunning!     Marcial and Medina Roofing/Construction are first class! We had a bad hail storm in Frisco. Roofers from all over where riding around. I got a few in state inspections and quotes and just didnt feel comfortable with the people who I had got quotes from. I went on Thumbtack (app) and submitted request. I was matched with 6 roofers. Some called, a few came by. Marcial was the most professional , knowledgeable, great listener, great advisor and advocate . BBB A + and insured! He worked with the insurance company and pointed out several thousand dollars of things they initially didnt find or pay for, once he presented the other damage to them they agreed and paid. He answered ALL of my calls, text, or emails promptly! He came by with samples for us to select from not just a little brochure.He scheduled, organized, and coordinated our schedules . He and crew arrived on time and first prepped area to protect things like AC units, flower beds and shrubs. He and crew keep a safe and clean work area. His crew is very respectful and careful. We were in a time crunch needing the roof replaced after two major hail storms before we could close our home sale at the end of the month.
