What a great experience! Good people, terrific communications, professional work done fast and for a fair price! Might seem silly to be so happy about a plumbing experience, but wow do we all take some basic things for granted...until we are forced to endure life without them. I called 7 companies since yesterday. One came out and clearly had no idea what he was doing before leaving me with a quote for twice what I was charged from Bedford. Im glad I found a knowledgeable plumber available and won’t need to call around next time I have an issue!

Any follow up questions concerning my newly installed plumbing line they answered professionally. They are very affordable. They always make you feel like part of the family. If youre looking for a plumbing service call the other guy, but if youre looking for great professional plumbing service call Bedford plumbing this company perform excellent and quality work. I recommend Bedford plumbing and I will call this copany for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Hale and Bedford Jr for taking care of my plumbing issues on he21 Oct 21. I try to be a bit of a do-it-yourself kinda guy, but encountered an issue just outside of my skill set. To that end, I called Bedford to install new fittings for some hose bibs. Bedford and his son came out and were ready to do what I asked, but also offered a really great, common-sense option that would make future work incredibly easy for me. Additionally, I asked him to exchange my cut-off valve, which was not in the original service call, and instead of putting me off to another day for that ad-hoc work, he handled it with no issues or excuses. All of the work and work areas were left clean; he, of course, checked the quality of his work prior to settling the bill.Now, I dont call plumbers very often, and I dont know the going rate for their services, but I will say that I was quite satisfied with both the work and price; they even added a discount for being a first-time customer! I highly recommend Bedford and will definitely call them in the future (if I cant handle it myself that is!).

Quick, efficient and affordable service. Bedford (the owner) shows up and works quickly, explains everything thoroughly and I believe the price is fair. Was trying to get my moms outside faucets wrapped before the first freeze when I discovered one was leaking and could not be turned off. Put in a call to Bedfords and Debbie got the guys out same day even though were in a neighboring town. Appreciate Bedford and son coming to the rescue!
