    Millers had exactly what I needed in stock a replacement motor for my condenser. The even helped me with some tech support while at the office as the wiring changed a little bit from the old motor to the new everything hooked up as they said and the unit is operating great, thanks Millers youre awesome!

    Thank goodness for Millers! I called today 04/18 at 4:30 and they were at my house by 5 and managed to figure out the issue and fix it in a matter of minutes. My house was 84°! It’s been a couple hours and it’s already 75 in here. I’m so thankful and highly recommend

    I can’t say enough good things about Millers. My air conditioner stopped cooling last night. I called this morning and they were very responsive. It’s working and we are cool again. They have done work for other family members and we have always been very happy with them!

    It was after hours on a really hot summer evening. I needed a capacitor to get my condenser fan running again, I called Millers Electric even though closed, the owner knew they had the part and actually came in and opened the shop just to sell me the needed part then was only going to charge me the normal price. I paid extra on my own to say thank you for caring about the people in the local community. How many businesses do you know of that would do what Miller Electric did... probably not many.

    I have been working with Miller’s for a couple years now on some homes in Kempner and Lampasas.Personally. I have always found them be professional and timely, with good work done.For instance. My heater was out all week during the deep freeze again in Texas. The company my home warranty people sent out were not able to fix my heater and the part was on back order. Long story short, Miller’s had my heat back on within less than an hour of my initial phone call.Y’all are awesome!

    After receiving two other quotes, Millers Service Co came out. Patrick was great! He fixed our AC unit. Patrick was very knowledgeable and kind. Well be using this company for any future problems.

    They’ve always taken great care of my family. However when my ac went out during their busiest time, I thought I would be stuck for a while in the heat. To my complete surprise they came out on the Labor Day holiday and replaced my unit!! I highly recommend them!

    Just walked into Millers to purchase a contactor for my outdoor unit. Tim was incredibly helpful, advised me that it wasnt what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Told me exactly what I needed to do, didnt try to sell me any products or services, was just genuinely helpful. Im sure he could sense my inexperience and could have easily sold me things I didnt need, but he didnt. If I cant fix it myself, Ill definitely be using Millers and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Incredible service!

    Had issue with what appeared to be all ground fault circuit interrupters not working, half the lights in the house wouldn’t work. Unfortunately this happened on a Saturday, a very rainy Saturday. Patrick came out as soon as his last call was over. He was very professional and courteous. Diagnosed as an outdoor issue, even talked to Hamilton County Electric (who also came out timely and fixed right away). While there, Patrick fixed some other issues with the GFCI. Very happy with the service, will return to Miller’s again.
