Have called them a few times now for a septic install and even a couple emergencies and they never fail! They answer the phone when I call right away, they always try their best to come out as soon as possible and when on site the technicians are always polite and knowledgeable about their job. We called them and they came to our house pretty quick. They changed our flange and installed our new toilet. Damion got the job done right and it looks good. Works great! Thanks! I would recommend them. This has been the 2nd time we have used them and nothing but good results.

I was I dire need of quality expertise to correct a botched-up installation by another company. Stacey in the office was an extraordinary help and went above and beyond the call of duty to get my situation taken care of. Ted was extremely responsive and cooperative every step of the way. And they sent Leo out to do the work and assessment which was absolutely superb and unmatched in my book. We have had our share of bad help in service calls. Y other companies, and this was superior to all . Technician Leo was honest, and had excellent people skills in working with my elderly mother who needed help fast. He was great! We have since decided that Clements Plumbing is the ONLY one we need for all our air, heat and plumbing needs. And we do live in the remote area but their service calls with extra drive time are extremely reasonable in my book! Thank You to Ted , Stacey, and Leo! You get the Ultimate Service Award!,

These guys are great. I live in the boondocks of Dade County and it can be hard to find someone competent to come out here. Clements will send people even out in the wilds. I was very pleased with their service I had an AO Smith high efficiency water heater that needed work and not everyone is qualified to work on them but Clements is certified. Their technician, Leo ,managed to find us which is unusual but also knew exactly what he was doing. Had to come back with a part so we had some plumbing work done as well. Clements communicated well, they were efficient, Leo was extremely conscientious about keeping the place clean and wanting to leave everything right. Their prices are decent as well. Highly recommended if you are in this part of Southwest Missouri.

I have used Jones for a few years since moving to this area.They are reliable and efficient.Once I had a water line burst from a freeze and they really came to my rescue.whenever there has been a service issue they listen and work to resolve the problem.It’s good to have a company you know is trustworthy in your home and reasonable in cost.This was mistakenly placed under Clements by Google.It was a review of Jones Plumbing.
