The guys (Matt and Wayne) at Re-Fab are amazing to work with. They give up front, extremely competitive pricing and are very flexible with changes along the way. Communication was superb, the crew was extremely punctual and the end product was better than could have been imagined. My experience with Re:Fab was beyond exceptional! From first contact with Matt and Terry in the office to the crew that came to gut and remodel my bathroom. They were all fantastic to deal with. The office staff were professional, helpful and quick to reply to emailed questions. Terry was communicating daily to check on the status of the project and consistently checking to ensure we were happy with the progress.Wayne and his crew were exceptional. Waynes daily/ongoing throughout the day and project communication was greatly appreciated, I always knew what was going on each day, knew immediately of any delays or changes that needed to happen. The crews were punctual, professional, they showed great care in our property, including allowing my daughter to peek and check on the progress. The attention to the smallest of details really set them apart for me.I will most certainly be using Re:Fab for future any and all future projects. Thank you doesnt seem enough to express the gratitude I have for the people I worked with there to make this process so seamless and resulting in a new and beautiful space!

Our experience with Re:Fab was exceptional! From first contact with Sergio, Sarah and Ashley (office staff) to the crew that showed up to paint our house/breezeway/garage trim. They were all fantastic to deal with.Sergio was professional, helpful and quick to reply to emailed questions.Communication with Sarah & Ashley in regards to getting us booked and payment was a breeze. Sarahs daily communication was greatly appreciated. She was genuinely concerned about how the project was coming along and more so that we were happy with the work/progress.Jason and his crew were excellent. They were punctual, professional, they showed great care in our property (working around our flower beds near the house) as well as being conscientious of our neighbors (the level at which they played music while working). They also took great pride in making sure our property was cleaned up at the end of each work day. Jasons communication through out the project was excellent. Daily he would give us the run down of what was being done and would always touch base with us before leaving, making sure we were happy with the projects progress.We will definitely use Re:Fab for future projects. Thank you to all the team members we dealt with, it was a pleasure!

We used the re:fab team (formerly Pro Group) to paint the exterior of our home in 2021. They did an amazing job, so we called them back to paint a large outdoor addition in the fall of 2023.As a business owner, I was thoroughly impressed by their communication, attention to details and responsiveness. The process from beginning to end was painless.Jason and the rest of the paint crew showed up on-time every day, and communicated clearly during the painting process. I appreciated that I could text him with questions and he would message me if he needed me to come outside to ask questions. Weve worked with numerous trades over the last 12 months on this project and the re:fab team was my favorite.

If you are looking for a fantastic company for your remodel or renovation project, look no further than re:fab. Located in New Bedford and serving the South Coast and beyond, re:fab will put together a dream team of contractors and subcontractors. We have a 1912 house that badly needed updating. re:fab worked with us to redesign our bathroom, updated the electrical, moved the laundry to the second floor and brought our plumbing up to code. Whether we were working with the builders, the tilers, the plumber or the electricians, the team members showed up on time, kept the construction area clean and paid attention to each detail. All our questions and concerns were answered, they even have a team member to call every couple of days to check-in and follow-up on any concerns. We will definitely use this company again for our next project which will take on the exterior of the house.

They reviewed the entire job with me prior to putting a roller on the wall. They had a clear understanding of the project and the results were amazing. The interior of my house was left emmaculate upon completion of my paint project. The folks at Renovate Residential communicated with me every step of the way. My entire experience from the estimating process through job completion was a pleasure. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future painting needs.
