    Andy did a very nice job repairing my front porch. He replaced rotted fascia and soffit boards and also installed four new posts. He consulted me throughout the job, giving an explanation of how to best address unexpected issues. Andy responded quickly to texts or calls. He completed the job in a timely manner and arrived when expected. Based on my experience, I can recommend Precise Home Renovation for carpentry projects.

    We are delighted to have found Andy and amazed at the quality of his work. He removed a crumbling wooden pergola in our back yard and built a solid and beautiful gazebo-type structure that houses a lovely swing. We are sure it will last for decades and add charm to our home. Andy is an artist when it comes to design. I shared my thoughts with him and he brought my idea to life. He is a trustworthy gentleman who was always on time, always tidy, always pleasant to work with and always concerned that we were happy with the results.     Andy did a fantastic job trenching an incredibly difficult area I was laying a power cable through. He was on time and went above and beyond making sure the job was completed to code. He was extremely helpful in providing me options for the next phase of my project (window installation and remodeling) which I will most definitely be using him for. You can tell Andy loves what he does. He provided fantastic customer service and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

    Andrzej with Precise Home Renovation just completed a project at my home that included interior and exterior work, and the final product far exceeded my expectations. He installed a new front door and rebuilt the wood frame around the door while adding decorative elements. His attention to detail and skill is exceptional. In one day since the completion, I’ve received three calls from neighbors saying how amazing everything looks. Throughout the entire process he and his team were prompt, thoughtful, meticulous, and professional. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him again for my next project.

    Andy was fantastic. Professional, responsive and did a great job. I have him replace a 2nd floor deteriorated deck railing with Azek. He repaired and replaced some of the 4x4s which were not stable. All in all he did a great job. I highly recommend him.
