I typically dont leave reviews unless I have something good to say about a company, however this company has called me twice asking for a google review....so here it is.This company did not fix my issue and didnt make an attempt to do so. I asked for a pipe to be snaked and they insisted it was because my septic tank was full and asked for their fee to come out and then left.So I got the septic tank pumped as they suggested, doubting it would help since the level of contents was where it always is and you can tell the field lines are getting liquids since during the dry spell the grass was green along those lines.I still need the lines snaked but I will not call them out and pay them twice for a service call.I suggest calling someone else thatll be willing to do the work.10/18/2024 - I called several plumbers and all that I called wanted too much due to being out of their normal area they work. So I called Phillips again and explained I wanted that line snaked out. So they came out and ran the snake through the line a full 90 which they found the clog. The 90 made it to the septic tank. He showed me where the main line come out from the house which is nowhere near where I thought it would be and quite frankly didnt make sense to him as well. He fixed my issue and another minor issue and explained what he thought might need to be done if it happens again.Changing my review to a 4 star.

Crystal was very courteous and helpful on my service call for an outside leak at the water meter. Travis arrived first thing in the morning as promised and went right to work. He identified the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. He also gave me a quote giving me the opportunity to accept or reject it explaining that there would be a service fee if I rejected the quote. When the work was completed, Travis showed me what he had done and tested his work to show the leaked was repaired. He back filled where he dug and replaced the pieced of sod he removed and cleaned up my yard much to my satisfaction. This was my first call to Phillips Plumbing Company. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them to others.

Travis arrived promptly, asked us a few questions to confirm what we were looking to have done, then carefully explained what he would need to do to complete our request. He gave us a rough quote, based on additional supplies specific to our job that he would need to obtain. He went to work, patiently answering all of our questions and explaining what he was doing and why along the way. Very polite and professional. We will definitely give them a call for any future plumbing work we might need.

Use this plumber! He is professional, courteous, on time, fair and honest! I called him to take care of a leaky shower for my aging mother, and he also fixed a newly installed toilet free of charge. He fixed anothers mistake simply because it needed done. Before starting the work, he clearly and concisely explained the possible outcomes for labor charges. He worked with me via phone to coordinate the visit and was responsive and proactive. I will definitely call this company again for future work with my mothers house.

I can’t say enough how much my experience was SUPERB this morning. I called in this morning due to having some issues with my toilet. The woman was able to fit me in to their schedule THIS MORNING! The guys showed up within a hr and a half. And was done within 5 minutes…lol. Josh & Mike came and saved the day!!! Hospitable, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks fellas 👌🏾👌🏾.

I had a cracked water line pipe which I discovered on Thursday. Daniel and Kyle diagnosed the problem within 2 hours of my phone call. They were courteous and professional and answered my questions.Friday Martin and Jesse came out to replace the water line from the meter to the house. They were polite and very professional. I can not say enough good things about all involved. The service was fixed within a day.
