    I could not recommend John and his team more! From the first conversation I had with him after a water leak was discovered in my parents’ home that I was in the process of clearing out and preparing to sell, despite it being Labor Day weekend, John took the time to assess the situation, fix the immediate problem, and stayed in communication with me while I was out of town.Not only did John put my mind at ease with his thorough communication, cost estimates and recommendations, he went above and beyond to handle many things outside of the scope of the job. I was so impressed I ended up hiring him to do some overall remodeling and refreshing of the home to prepare it for sale.He made smart recommendations that made it easy for me to make decisions, and I trusted his judgment completely. He made the entire process simple, even though I was managing this project from a long distance.John is incredibly hardworking, honest, and talented. He made great suggestions, providing cost estimates and pros and cons of each option. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were like nothing Ive ever seen before.Lastly, the end product was phenomenal! He and his team’s attention to detail, extra touches, and quality workmanship shined through in the end product!John is one of those rare, genuinely good people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found him. His efforts were a true blessing during a challenging time, and I couldnt have asked for a better person for the job. Highly recommend!

    My wife and I needed a new shower remodel. John and his partner George did a great job. Even though they were busy with another project they still made time to help us out and complete our remodel. We highly recommend FTK for the work they’ve done.     Whilst in the UK our Florida home was flooded by hurricane Ian. Not knowing anyone who we could use to replace walls flooring and paint we were stuck until we found John. He was absolutely a miracle worker and did everything we asked of him and more in record time. Dedicating his days to our repairs. This all had to be done by emails and he was so diligent in keeping us informed at every stage, Finally meeting this guy in January, he did such a marvellous job on the renovation of our home. His work is excellent and of such a high standard. I have no problems in recommending him to anyone who needs a first class service.

    They go above and beyond when it comes to home repairs being done in your home.I was so intrigued and so very pleased when they finished working on the floors. They are professional, courteous, punctual, and very clean.George made sure that everything was placed in a secure and safe location when tools and machinery were left behind for the following day. I was very pleased with the work done by FTK Home Repairs.

    Five stars. John has done two jobs for me now. A deck rebuild and sealing a leaking roof over our porch. Outstanding quality of work at a price that was far lower than other estimates. John is one of the nicest guys Ive ever met and has even helped me with a few things that I just needed a helpful hand with. I recommend him highly for any job you need done.
